The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just renovated. The lower of two charming units. The duplex is a 5-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the quiet town of Oceanside. There are impressive views of the ocean from every room. The property has a private deck and full kitchen and is comfortably furnished with reliable wifi. House-trained dogs are welcome. Sorry, no other pets are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. The unit is accessed using a flight of stairs to the north of the house.
