(Solar cell for charging the phone) In winter, there are possibilities to put on skis right outside and walk 200 m to groomed ski slopes inwards in the forest and outwards in the marshes. The mountain feeling does not improve, 50 minutes from Oslo. Blue marked hiking trail right from the door in beautiful forest surroundings. 15 minutes to walk up to a pond with fishing and swimming facilities. Gas refrigerator in the summer months.

A few days here, you are like new - away from all the hustle and bustle. Gamle Hvam is next door, which is an old big farm that has now become a museum and worth a visit. There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.
