You will enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (from May to September) overlooking the beautiful typical Cehegín roofs. In a quiet pedestrian area of the historic center, close to bars and shops, and only 10 minutes from the greenway where you can walk quietly or bike, and which leads to the coast of Murcia.

Our wonderfully spacious house has all the comforts. It is set in a valley full of olive and almond trees with stunning views on the mountain "La Muela". From March to October it is wonderful weather but because the house is at an altitude of about 1000 meters the nights are not too hot. There is a fantastic pool for cooling off. Our house is in a peaceful place ideal for families with small children. We do not rent to groups that come for parties.

The house is a fully renovated farm located in the midst of nature with a wonderful view on the Sierra Espuña and the banks of the Rio Pliego. The house is very child-friendly, and both the area and the pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden. To avoid any misunderstanding, we charge an extra €20 per guest per night if there are more than 12 guests.
