50 m² charming apartment located in the city center, close to all amenities (2-minute walk to the train station, shopping mall at the bottom of the residence, tobacco, restaurants, shops...) This is my main home, there is everything for cooking. Everything is equipped. You'll feel right at home. You will be on the 3rd and top floor with elevator access. Nemours is very well served by buses, line just below. Fontainebleau Castle is a 20-minute drive, Paris is 50 minutes by RER.

The apartment is the perfect base for exploring the region. It is located near the most beautiful climbing and walking spots (Rochers de la Dame Jouanne, Forêt des 3 Pignons, Fontainebleau Forest) and the city of Fontainebleau and its castle. The A6 highway will also allow you to reach Paris (70 km).

The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
