The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Bjørneboestova

Charming annex with kitchen, dining area, and a bed made of 100-year-old pine. The shelves are filled with books by Bjørneboe, among others. Plumbed-in cold water, stove, fridge and kettle. Toilet and sink are located by the private entrance at the end of the annex and are shared with guests from the glamping tent. Shower facilities in the clean and beautiful Nidelva. Outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities in a fire pit and charcoal grill. Perfect for a quiet stay close to nature. Rental of canoe, kayak and other equipment is arranged by Nidelva Adventure. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Small but cozy cottage in the yard. Here you can stay for a few days. One bedroom with two single beds, but one person can also sleep in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Bed linens and towels are included, but you have to wash them yourselves. We communicate well via the app. The cabin is perfectly located for excursions both uphill and downhill in Setesdal. See comments on the photos for more info. Dogs are welcome (the cabin is not suitable for allergy sufferers). Parking right by the cabin. Welcome.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.
