It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

The spacious great room features high, wooden ceilings and natural light streaming through large windows. A comfortable sectional sofa surrounds a low coffee table, positioned on a patterned rug. A stone fireplace adds a focal point to the room, while a staircase leads to the loft area above.

Work remotely (desk provided). Both Manzanita and Nehalem as well as the beaches are minutes away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee.

What a lovely experience! Location info and check-in were clear, and we quickly settled in. Incredible views of the Pacific over a pastoral woodland from a stylish and art-filled modern cabin...it was hard to leave to explore the beautiful beaches and charming towns in the area! Bed was so comfy, and the kitchen had all you need for morning coffee or tea or a light meal. You do need a car here, as solitude comes at a price...but Manzanita is just a few minutes down the road. Ketzel's place is perfect for a peaceful couple's escape...we loved it!

We had a lovely stay. My wife and 21 month old daughter felt right at home. The location was so great and accommodating for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. The space was very quiet, private and even had some books and toys that entertained our daughter despite the things we brought for her. The only thing missing was a bath tub to give her a bath every night, but we made it work. The house was bright and had really great natural lighting with south and west facing windows. Traci was very communicative and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely come back again and recommend for small families!

This house was amazingly comfortable. It was furnished, decorated, and supplied so thoughtfully and that all led to a great stay. The beach access and sunsets were the cherry on top. We have stayed at many rentals and this is definitely a top one for us!

Karissa’s beach house in Manzanita was perfect for our family getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just two blocks from the beach, making it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The house itself is a great little spot, cozy and well set up for families. The kids absolutely loved it - the sleeping arrangements worked out great for everyone. A special shoutout to Karissa for being so kind and flexible—when we couldn’t make it the first night, she generously offered us a second day last minute. That gesture meant a lot. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 100 stars I would. This place is STUNNING. The location is nestled less than 5 minutes from downtown Nehalem. Which gives a perfect feel for being far out in the woods however; still being close by to surroundings. The view is worth the stay by itself which can be seen inside from all the open windows.. or outside on the deck .. Overlooking the Nehalem River.. The hot tub was at a nice toasty temperature, very clean! & the inside was very clean as well upon arrival. I will absolutely be returning.. The birds outside chirping away in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee definitely was a pleasant experience.. I got lucky enough to see a bald eagle 🦅 fly over the river too. This place is giving cabin in the woods/ treehouse vibes for sure! HIGHLY recommend!👍🏻

We enjoyed quick access to the beach and a tranquil retreat at Marie’s place! The fireplace was lovely, felt very cozy! The beds were comfy!easy 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to town. The e-bike was a crowd pleaser. There was 2 for use in description, but only 1 was there. Luckily, we brought our own bikes as well! I would recommend

This place was super cute and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the deck and yard which were so peaceful. The house was charming and cozy. Manzanita has a ton of cute places to eat and the Friday farmer’s market was a treat.
