Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great walks in the Malvik field both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes walk through the forest you will hit the Kjerkstien/Pilgrim Trail and can hike along it inwards in the field. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities, if you have a canoe, this is the right place. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

A compact kitchen area displays a kettle, coffee selection, and two coffee mugs. A container holds various tea and coffee packets, while a local map is placed on a neat surface, providing additional information for guests.

Simple and peaceful apartment centrally located in Ranheim with bathroom and shower totaling 22 sqm. Private entrance, and sitting area on the outside. Free parking right next to the apartment. Shop and bus stop 5 minutes away. Nice hiking opportunities in the area, and 20 min. walk down to the sea. Approx. 10 min drive by car to the city center. Good bus connections to both the city centre and airport Only microwave for simple food preparation. Mini fridge, and kettle with selection of coffee and tea. Access to cups, dishes, and cutlery

Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

🏡 Velkommen! Her kan du nyte et opphold i rolige omgivelser med utsikt til sjøen. Kort vei inn til byen med bil. 👨‍🍳Leiligheten er relativt ny og moderne renovert, med alt du trenger. Kaffe og Tea. Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

Nyt fantastisk panoramautsikt i nydelig renovert leilighet. Vi leier ut en separat leilighet i hele 2.etg og loft. Leiligheten er en del av en tomannsbolig med overblikk over hele Ranheim. Det er sol fra morgen til kveld, og har to flotte terrasser man kan benytte. Stedet er både landlig og sentralt, på den ene siden kort vei til marka og flotte rekreasjonsmuligheter, og på den andre siden ti minutt fra Trondheim sentrum. I 2.etg er det to soverom, på loftet er det et soverom og sovesofa på stue

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

At Stall Bybakken by Jonsvatnet/Reppe you are welcome with your horse and dog. We have stables for horses and a dog pen that can be borrowed by arrangement. Good parking options also for larger cars, and it is possible to charge electric cars. 5 minutes to drive to free commuter parking at Ranheim - then you are quickly in the city center! The apartment is equally suitable for long-term stays for e.g. craftsmen or others who have a large work car - we have good discounts for longer stays.

New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry and a spacious countertop. A window allows natural light to fill the space, highlighting a vase with red flowers. Appliances, including an oven and coffee maker, are organized and accessible, contributing to a functional cooking area.

We stayed here with our family and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was nice , peaceful but still close to everything, with good walking areas nearby. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and quick. Overall, a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back!

Highly recommended. Clean, tidy, cosy and modern. Nice view & cozy porch. Quiet neighborhood. Short way to the convenience store. Short distance to Trondheim city center with good bus connections & taxi. Great communication with nice landlords. We would be happy to come back another time.

Super nice stay and welcome from Marie! 🌟 The apartment is super nice, magical view and nice area. The only thing to know is that the beds are quite small if you plan to share with someone.

This Daniel home is the same as the description. I arrived a little earlier than expected and so Daniel could not welcome me in person, but he showed me perfectly by phone how to get in and what and where everything can be found. Especially the grill cabin is very cozy, just worth a time in the evening to read a book, for example.
