Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

This is a great RV in a perfect location! It is located just a minute from the highway, Walmart, and many dining/shopping options. The RV is a comfortable 2 bedroom and one and a half baths. It has a queen bed in the front bedroom and two twin beds and a futon in the rear bedroom. It is stocked with most travelling necessities and also has an outside kitchen that includes a grill.

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. My husband was there working at the refineries. Close to his work location. Very comfortable home and quite. He enjoyed his extended stay and will for sure have this place on his list of returning locations. The owners are wonderful people. Great to visit with, and worked great with us on everything. Thank you so much!

The neighborhood was quaint, quiet, safe, and centralized. Very close to great restaurants and daily-need type businesses. There is an enormous supermarket (HEB) a couple miles away. I enjoyed walking to the convenient store as-well. There is a laundry mat a block away if needed. The room, kitchen, and dining area are spacious with a clean modern appeal. Plenty of storage and room for personal appliances. Parking was private and safe. Ana (the host) is easy to communicate with and seems genuine about her guests’ comfort and safety. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay at Nicole’s place added a level of peacefulness I didn’t know I needed after long days of residency at Lamar University. You can feel the love and warmth as soon as you step on the property. She takes being a host to another level and I left with a care package of goodies. I highly recommend you order her juice and schedule a massage! Definitely coming back for my next trip to campus.
