Notre logement est proche de l'art et la culture (musée d'art contemporain, nombreuses manifestations culturelles).. ATTENTION : pas de WI-FI, mais wifi public disponible à la plage et les cafés.

Welcome to Eymoutiers! This new and independent accommodation, attached to our house, offers a private entrance, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilets. Although located on the street side, the double glazing ensures peace, and the bedroom overlooks a peaceful wood descending to the Vienne. A real little haven of peace to unwind as a couple or with the family.

Downstairs living room with fireplace (insert), dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is an open bedroom with two single beds (see photo) and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, dishes) in the neighboring farm.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the village of Peyrat-le-Château in a quiet area. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a living room overlooking the countryside. We provide a courtyard to park your vehicle. Lake Vassivière is 5 km away and will delight hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts. We accept your pet and wish you a pleasant stay in our family home.
