Ezequiel was very kind to me and my family. The house is very practical, a few steps from the forest and 10min from the beach walking. We also appreciate the private parking. We recommend it!

We went to rest for a few days, and that was the case. The house is as it is as it is posted. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and kitchen have both hot and cold water. The garden is spacious and beautiful. It has air conditioning in the dining room along with the armchair. The rooms do not have a fan or air, but during our stay there was no need. It does not include linens. It has a grill, washing machine and parking for two autos. It has many nearby pantries and the beach 10 blocks away. Pao was very attentive from the moment we booked. He waited for us until the time we arrived as we took a lot longer. He was friendly and very willing to anything. Thank you Pao for having us, we will definitely be back as soon as we can.

Very good host, the house is just like the photos, super comfortable to go as a family, the area is perfect for those who go by car, as it is in a very good point in terms of shops and banks. You arrive at the beach in 5 minutes you arrive. Pedestrian the same. Everything is close by, and best of all, it is that being away from the beach, you have no parking problems and the neighborhood where this is super quiet. Great place to go with families, or with a very quiet couple. And really Maria's attention is very good, very predisposed to answering all kinds of inquiries, and even I didn't know recommended places to dine, etc. Something that is worth a lot since being new to a city and especially on the coast, you have 12,000 options but not all of them are good. Two blocks away, very good butcher's corner. Benches 3 & 4 blocks away Plaza 5 blocks away(You don't need to get in the car to get around the shops in the area, and if you want to drive quietly get parking. Conclusion, I recommend Maria as a host and her home.

Very nice house, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed being 5 adults and 4 boys; we really enjoyed the patio with the grill. The location is ideal one block from the beach and the pedestrian. Amelia is a very friendly and attentive genius. We are very happy and look forward to returning.

The house is spotless and very well stocked, even better than the photos. The reception, and the attention is very warm and a lot of willingness to solve any problem that may arise. We feel very comfortable.

The house is super spacious and well sectored for a family. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and it was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay either indoors or outdoors (it has a large garden with pool and grill). We hope to come back to Necochea soon and stay there again!

Very good apartment

Augusto is an excellent host. She was attentive, the communication was fluid, and it didn't help to have a comfortable stay. The apartment is comfortable and has an excellent location.

It is a very nice, comfortable house with a modern style, connectivity and suitable furniture. Very well equipped for families.
