All amenities are very easily accessible: - food shops and shopping (Rue de la Gaîté, Rue Delambre and Rue de Rennes), - museums and parks (Orsay, Louvre, Bourdelle), - public transport (metro 4, 6, 12 and 13).

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 minutes away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it's a lively, inhabited place.
