Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. At the foot of the Maurepas forest and an equestrian center. France Miniature 12 minutes away, 2 golf courses 9 minutes away and the Grand Plaisir shopping mall 12 minutes away (see guide). Welcome!

Private 300 m² villa, not overlooked. Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

In the heart of a small village, 35 min from Paris by car or train, 25 min from the Chateau de Versailles and 5 min from the Zoo de Thoiry. The house is independent, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1300 m2 with a private and heated swimming pool (10 m2). Upon your arrival, cleaning is done, beds are ready, towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (for 10 to 15 coffees), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher product, etc.

Right in the heart of the village in Neauphle-le-Château, the accommodation is new and comfortable. Shops are close by (boulangerie, grocery, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy...) This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come to sleep for 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the room. Parking space is available. This 47 m2 2-room apartment is spacious and quiet. Possibility of sleeping 4 people thanks to a bedroom with large double bed and a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of remote working thanks to a large table. A parking space for one car is available.

Peaceful accommodation in a large wooded garden backed by a forest with private tennis. Beautiful green setting suitable for children with a fenced garden. The house is very bright with large glass windows open to the terrace and garden. We live in the 2nd house located on the property. Located in the village of Bazoches sur Guyonne 35 kilometers from Paris. Many activities nearby: golf, horseback riding, hiking (direct access GR 11 from the property).

In the heart of a charming and peaceful Yvelines village 2 km from Thoiry, you can enjoy a small independent house and its garden equipped with a table and a living room. The garden is shared but vast to be independent.
