Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Neahkahnie Beach

Absolutely loved the view. The home is avery nice and loved the big couch. Spent a lot of time sitting in the chairs by the beach. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Close to town and great amenities. We rode the train, ate some really good seafood at Old Smokehouse and at Jetty Fishery and Marina. We ate at the Original Pronto Pup, ice cream cones, and enjoyed the local foods store. The shops were fun and we definitely strengthened the local economy. It was just a really nice vibe and the weather was perfect. We will definitely stay there again!

Very great place to stay, great location, house is wonderful, amenities were great, would be nice to have a second half bathroom, but overall we had a fantastic experience. Great value and would love to stay again.

We had our annual ladies trip to the coast and we loved Sarah’s house! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck overlooking the golf course and a wood fire indoors every night while playing card games. A quick walk to the beach was wonderful too! We loved the decor of the house and all the yellow pops of color we would find! Thank you Sarah for allowing us to enjoy your house!

Our first time staying at Rockaway and it was amazing! The space was exactly as described; comfortable, peaceful and it truly felt like home. It was kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family and we we felt completely at ease the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy and responsive. This will be our goto every time we stay at Rockaway.

We absolutely loved this cozy waterfront cottage at Nehalem Bay! Kids especially appreciated all the games, books and toys. I was grateful for the incredibly well stocked kitchen and high quality appliances. It made cooking out meals easy and fun. A highlight of our trip was kayaking over to Riverside Fish n Chips followed by Buttercup ice cream cones. Also highly recommend Wanda’s for brunch. We stayed four nights and already want to come back again!

We had a great stay and would return. The beach access was fantastic. All of the amenities described in the listing were accurate.

Quite simply the most well-appointed space in which we have stayed via AirB&B. If you like to cook, as we do, you will not be disappointed; they have every appliance and utensil you could dream of, plus pantry ingredients, spices, coffee, etc. In addition, there are plenty of distractions for kids - foosball, ping-pong, games, bikes - if you/they need them, you will be delighted. And pets! They had dog beds and toys. You’ll also find toothbrushes/paste, and Qtips, and makeup remover wipes and robes and…. The surrounding houses are close, but easy to ignore. The beach is easy to access, and a leisurely 20 minute walk will take you to town. Need to drive? 5 minutes to Marzano’s (you should order a pizza). The exterior offers multiple decks, chairs and seating arrangements, a fire pit, a grill, and a basketball hoop. They even provide recycling in a place that is difficult to do so. We would return in an instant if given the chance.

5 Stars – A Perfect Home Away from Home! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house in Rockaway Beach! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, the beds were super comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being just a short walk from the beach, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind. The pet friendly policy was amazing as we never travel without our dogs! Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying a peaceful evening by the fireplace, every moment was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

It's a lovely apartment with lots of space, a view out to the river, and spacious bedrooms. Communication was great. Walking distance from coffee and the maritime museum. I recommend this rental!

Conveniently located and nice and neat. Would be happy to stay again. It is an older house but well done. We were warned about the traffic but it didn’t bother us. We did hear guests upstairs but it wasn’t a problem.

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

Patti’s place is perfect! A beautiful home with any amenity you might need - she thought of everything down to chocolate next to the bed. Very comfortable and cute - we appreciate your hospitality!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house—enjoying breathtaking sunsets nightly from the balcony and exploring Lincoln City’s excellent dining scene. It was the perfect getaway!

The place was perfect for 2 people and our older dog. Was very quiet which was perfect as we go to bed early. Check in was easy as Allison was very responsive. Bed was super comfy too which we appreciated because we have had our share of some not so comfy beds. Overall nice stay! Thank you

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

Perfect location for all the fun stuff in town and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

A great place to stay for a good price, just far enough from the center of the town to be quiet but close enough to walk to all amenities, and with the beach right across the street, everything's close by. The place was clean and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, and communication was quick and clear. Easy check in and out helped make this a breezy summer getaway from the city, and the delightful basket of welcome goodies for my pup made this a place to remember!

Started out shaky due to cleaning service, not Austin. The unit cleaning was incomplete, no bed linens etc dirty linens piled in front of W/D closet after long day of travel arriving in the dark of night. Austin quickly responded and offered emergency clean the next morning, refunded cleaning fee and partial refund of rental. After check out the cleaning service did come to the rescue securing a watch left behind-so all in all great response. Unit is dated but sort of family beach vintage. It’s comfortable with easy beach access. We had a great stay and enjoyed evening wine on top floor with partial water view.

Spring’s place was very nice and looked even better than the photos. The view is incredible - we saw nice sunsets from the balcony. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and felt homey. There was also an elevator which made it easy to bring our luggage in and out. We’d definitely recommend this place to all.

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!
