Villa Athena is located 120 m from an excellent beach and only 350 m from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and 2 sofas that are easily converted into double beds. In the bathroom there is a standing hydromassage. There ia a 55'TV in the living room and 32'TV in each one of the bedrooms, all smartv & NETFLIX. The wonderful outdoor space as well as the pool are used only by the tenants of the 2 apartments in the Villa.

Ideal place for family holidays since in the separate and autonomous space at the bottom of our house where it can accommodate you for as long as you need. There are games for both small and big children (table football, ping pong, air hockey) 43 inch smart TV comfortable spaces culminating in the large bathroom for moments of relaxation. Finally, the guest can enjoy very beautiful moments in the garden of the house with the barbecue and the large table.
