Villa Athena is located 120 m from an excellent beach and only 350 m from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and 2 sofas that are easily converted into double beds. In the bathroom there is a standing hydromassage. There ia a 55'TV in the living room and 32'TV in each one of the bedrooms, all smartv & NETFLIX. The wonderful outdoor space as well as the pool are used only by the tenants of the 2 apartments in the Villa.

The two ground floor and first floor apartments share 400 sq.m. of the courtyard and the barbecue. It is located in the beautiful beach of Vergia, Nea Kallikratia, Halkidiki. Friendly, Quiet, in nature environment suitable for families and young groups. Fully equipped and organized house on a beautiful beach with clear waters.

The flat consists of two separate rooms and a separate kitchen. The bedroom has a French bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables. In the living room there are two sleeping sofas, chest of drawers for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer, refrigerator, cooker with oven, crockery. Large balcony with sea view. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. We speak English, Russian, German, Romanian.

VILLA SOU is located only 4 minutes walk from the beach of Nea Kallikratia and just 5 minutes walk to the center of the village where you can find shops, super markets, restaurants. The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.
