Villa Athena is located 120 m from an excellent beach and only 350 m from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and 2 sofas that are easily converted into double beds. In the bathroom there is a standing hydromassage. There ia a 55'TV in the living room and 32'TV in each one of the bedrooms, all smartv & NETFLIX. The wonderful outdoor space as well as the pool are used only by the tenants of the 2 apartments in the Villa.

The house is located in the Kalamaria area. The metro and bus stops for downtown Thessaloniki are 1 minute away. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (a double bed and 2 singles). The apartment building is small, and I live two floors above for anything you might need.

Finally, the guest can enjoy very beautiful moments in the garden of the house with the barbecue and the large table.

The flat consists of two separate rooms and a separate kitchen. The bedroom has a French bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables. In the living room there are two sleeping sofas, chest of drawers for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer, refrigerator, cooker with oven, crockery. Large balcony with sea view. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. We speak English, Russian, German, Romanian.
