KAYA HOMESTAY.. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. THIS IS A MUST VISIT PROPERTY IF YOU LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE AIRBNB. TO SAY THE LEAST ; EVERTHING WAS TOP NOTCH SPECIAL MENTION TO MS GUNJAN AND MR NAYAN GURUNG; WHO LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED TO MAKE US FEEL AT HOME. OUR SON WHO IS A TODDLER ; HAD SEVERE FEVER AND EYE INFECTION. MS GUNJAN GUIDED US THROUGH THE MMU HOSPITAL AND MR NAYAN KEPT THE KITCHEN OPEN FOR US IN THE WEE HOURS. THE MEALS WERE SCRUMPTIOUS AND SERVED PIPING HOT. MS GUNJAN HERSELF MADE SURE THAT THE INTERNET WAS ACTIVE AFTER CERTAIN GLITCH. SUCH EFFORTS ARE WORTHY OF MENTION AND TELL YOU THE INTENTION BEHIND THIS LOVELY PLACE. THEY DEFINE HUMANITY AND HOSPITALITY. MAY GOD BLESS THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES FOREVER. ONLY CON: THE PARTITION BEING ABSENT FROM THE WASHROOM LEFT IT WET. BUT I GUESS , WITH THE EFFICIENT TEAM AND BEAUTIFUL SOULS WE CAN SURELY IGNORE IT. WELL DONE KAYA HOMESTAY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Great stay with good connectivity

We stayed at this beautiful home in Dharampur with family and had an amazing experience. The house was exactly as described: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It felt more like a home than a rental, with every detail taken care of. The interiors were cozy and beautifully decorated, showing the love and effort put into creating a welcoming space for guests. We had everything we needed during our stay, and the kitchen and common areas were well-equipped. The view from the balcony was absolutely mesmerizing and became our favorite hangout spot. Everyone in the family, from adults to kids, truly enjoyed their time here. It was peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway in the hills. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We’d love to come back and would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

one of the best place to stay in the tricity area. very peaceful with a big park in front of the house. it gets plenty of sunlight, as well as the ambiance on the inside is completely homely. would be best choice for families on a holiday.

As people travelling with differently abled dogs, this place was heavenly. The yard is well enclosed and created a safe space for my dogs. Gurpreet was very clear about his instructions as well as very accommodating to our needs. The place in itself is tastefully designed and the caretaker is available to take care of any needs. The area is also well serviced by Zomato, Blinkit and Swiggy! Would definitely return here!

I loved the stay at Ruchika's place, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, you can walk on the rails to reach the city centre. The house is super cozy and furnished with all the necessary amenities. The terrace is the part I love the most, you can admire the view of the mountains and you can witness the train passing by. The host is so kind and takes very good care of their guests.

Peaceful, Private and spacious accomodation as described.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house was neat and clean, and the location was quite convenient. Though the house number wasn’t mentioned, Shashi guided us patiently over the phone until we reached the place. It’s an individual house with no lift, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves—something to keep in mind while booking. Since it was just a one-night stopover, we took only the essentials upstairs. The host was genuinely sweet and welcoming. Despite our late-night check-in, she stayed awake to ensure everything was sorted, including a minor water issue and a fan not working. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others.

Nice Homelike Feel

This is a great place to stay on the Chandigarh-Mohali border. The unit is clean, safe, and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a market and restaurants. Ashwani sir was responsive to queries when they arose. Vikas was very helpful with housekeeping.
