The house is really, really big. New bed linens and beds with above-average comfort, good for lying down and resting after a tiring day at the park, beach and sightseeing. Excellent gourmet area to gather people, we used it to have dinner, bake a fish, meat and snacks.. Rafael was an excellent host, helpful, with quick and objective communication. Certainly, if we needed a large, well-located and equipped space, we would return to look for this property.

Very quiet place, close to the beaches and Beto Carrero, it has a great location. The space is just like the listing, very clean and has family games, super clear hosts for check-in and checkout. We highly recommend it

Wonderful stay we had, each one meets our needs well, everything very clean and well maintained, very good house, we were 4 adults and 4 children and each one met all our needs very well. Excellent service both in information and conversation through Airbnb and in person, we were treated very well and those responsible were always very attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend staying at this house and coming back, we certainly know where to stay! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay! We had a great vacation at this house. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the place was very clean. Wesley, the host, was always helpful and responded promptly whenever we had questions. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and even less to get to a supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, and other local spots. We really enjoyed both the house and the neighborhood, and we felt very well taken care of by the host. Highly recommended!

The Thais space is perfect! I went with my family, and we all felt at home. Thais was very helpful at all times of doubt, and always remained available. The neighborhood is very quiet, with excellent markets and restaurants; it is close to the airport (5 min. by car); close to a wonderful beach (8 min. walk); and close to Beto Carrero (20 min. by car). The weather was very good and we were able to enjoy it. We also took the opportunity to visit Itajaí (neighboring city) and Balneário Camboriú, it's all very close. If it is comfort, safety and tranquility you are looking for, Thais' space is for you. If I get another chance, I'll definitely be back.

Market nearby, close to the beach, Uber and 99 work well, close to Beto Carreiro. We really like Penha! great apartment, well ventilated, great space to enjoy an excellent view of Gravatá beach, practicality to go to the beach is not even mentioned, just cross the street and you're on the beach, congratulations to the hosts!

The apartment is excellent, located in the center near Av Brasil, easily accessible for anything you need to do in Bc. Very spacious property with several different environments, it has one of the best views of the resort and impresses anyone. It will definitely be one of my options when I return to BC

Welma's apartment was everything we hoped for and more. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just steps away. It was fantastic to have coffee or a drink in the evening in the apartment while looking out at the sea, the beach, and the big wheel! We lacked nothing in the apartment — the amenities were excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. Welma and Lucas were super attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. As a foreigner it was also very helpful that Lucas spoke fluent English at check-in. I would 100% recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Balneário!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!
