Our house, Mendiburu, is a typical XIX century rural house in a small village 15km from Pamplona. So close from Pamplona, silence and tranquillity are the main characteristics from this small countryside location. In our house, you’ll find the advantages of being so close from Pamplona with the flavour of a 20 inhabitant’s village. Our house has a capacity for 10 persons with additional 2 places (10+2). The house has 3 floors (only two open to public) a garage for two cars and two garden areas. At first floor, several services are located . A roomy entrance from where a central distribution area is accessed. From the central distribution area you can get to different rooms: Dinning room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, toilet and a storage room. The stair to second floor is wide and luminous. distribuidorAt second floor a central distribution area communicates all rooms. 5 double bedrooms, two toilets, a TV/reading room and a playing room for children. The central distribution area itself is a great reunion area. The house includes a central heating system, separated in two independent circuits, one per floor. Pets are allowed in the garden area (fenced) not allowed inside the house. In the house you’ll find Internet connection via WIFI, computer, telephone and a Nintendo WII console. Orio - San Sebastian by the beach

It is a very well lit ground floor flat surrounded by a large terrace with a garden. There are views of the sea. All of the rooms have access to the terrace. The house is in a very peaceful area near the beach and there are lots of interesting walks nearby. Also in the vicinity there are many presitgious restaurants, bars, swimming pools, jacuzzis and thalassotherapy centres. There are also many facilities for water sports. San Sebastian, a very beautiful and interesting city, is only a few kilometres away by bus or train.
