Everything about the house was great. The only small inconvenience we experienced was with the driveway—it’s quite steep and leads directly to the owner’s garage at the top. Because of that, we had to re-park our car at the bottom of the driveway after dropping off our luggage. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of if you're arriving by car.

Perfect 10 out of 10. Come to stay here if you are visiting Flam!

Tor-Ove was an exceptional host with an apartment that exceeded our expectations. From the striking picture windows looking out to the fjord, to smart and modern accommodations, the apartment provided a stunning setting for our first visit to Norway. This lovely apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms more than met our needs and we truly enjoyed the scenic views from the living room and deck. Martin was a wonderful host and took very good care of us. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story/ 4 apartment unit. So you do hear the neighbors above on occasion. It should be noted that the unit is located in a residential area so there are several local residents living close by in the neighborhood. We had no issues with this but we mention it in case a potential renter is looking for solitude in an idyllic mountain setting. It is not in an isolated area. The proximity to Geiranger was excellent so the apartment’s location made a great base of operations for our adventures in and around Geiranger. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful apartment with stunning views of the mountains and fjord. The location is excellent, right in town, close to amenities, yet very quiet. Kai was promptly responsive when we had a few questions and gave clear instructions. This was definitely one of our favorite places in the world to stay!

Our stay at Victoria's apartment was wonderful. It's clean, well-maintained, and offers a terrific view of the Sognfjord. Victoria herself is a very good host, one of the best in my experience with AirBnB. She's conscientious, communicative and friendly.

Christian's place is amazing. We had a great time and he was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

If we could give more than five stars we would. Absolutely blown away with Kamila’s place. So much space and we had a choice of beautiful living and dining areas, all with incredible views. We just wish we had longer to really enjoy the space! Would recommend wholeheartedly!

Karl’s place was spacious and well appointed. Although the kitchen was old it was spotless. The heating was great, and the place was very comfortable and functional. Most importantly it was an easy drive to either Olden valley and Lovatnet lake. We had three nights at Karl’s - a perfect amount of time to explore both areas and hike to all three glaciers. Side note - can highly recommend Kjenndalstova for a delicious lunch or afternoon tea! NB despite putting in the correct address for Karl’s place, both Apple and google maps got it wrong! (Google sent us up Lovatnet lake ~ 30 minutes one way …!) Karl tried to help by providing his phone number but we only have data coverage, no phone… Found it in the end thanks to a helpful hotel reception desk clerk who recognised the photo of the property!

Oddbjørn was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed meeting him and his family. His home was charming and comfortable. The scenery and the stay was absolutely amazing!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rune’s apartment. The apartment was extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Set in a beautiful location ideally situated to visit many attractions. Rune was very helpful both before and on our arrival explaining everything about the accommodation. We would definitely recommend Rune’s apartment.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels provided, a lovely welcome basket to greet us, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The outdoor gas fireplace was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings, and the jacuzzi was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a great way to unwind. We were especially impressed by the charging station for our electric car, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Very nice place in a fantastic location. Only 18 min to the beach and 12 min to the beach ski center. Can recommend this place good price.

This was our second stay with Jon Robert & Anna. It is a beautiful place across a small road from the lake with mountain views - including views of waterfalls & the glacier. The apartment is decorated with personal touches, making you feel like you are at home. There are MANY things to do just a drive away. Ålesund is only an hour away. We also drove to Runde (the famous bird island) from here. Jon Robert has a printed guide book with exact routes on driving tours of the area. He is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, and in very good condition.

Our favorite stay on our 10 day trek across Norway! Well appointed kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and very clean. The view was phenomenal. We watched the Loen Skylift go up and down the mountain from the dining room, deck and hot tub. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings. Roar was extremely responsive and answered all my questions and gave great local recommendations. Highly recommended!

It's a great place to stay! There was everything there to have a nice stay. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We liked the view best, whether from the living room or the super spacious terrace. We can highly recommend this place.
