Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our beautiful guest apartment is located in an ecologically renovated half-timbered house in the back of our property in the heart of Mainz-Bretzenheim. The apartment is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. It is completely modernized and is within walking distance to the center of Bretzenheim. Mainz City, University, University of Applied Sciences, ZDF, SWR are very close and easily accessible. The apartment has a living area of 54 sqm and a large terrace over the entire width of the house with stairs to the garden.

The apartment is cozy and equipped to a high standard. Behind the entrance, an open entrance and kitchen area awaits. You then enter a spacious living area, which is divided into different areas. So there is a living and dining area, but also the sleeping area. The apartment offers a double bed as well as a sofa with a sleeping function. Hochheim itself is in the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden, Mainz and Frankfurt, and there is excellent transport connection.
