Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Very nice place to stay. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was OK for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

Amparo is a very good host. She was always approachable and responded quickly to messages. Upon our arrival, we found water, bread, oranges and watermelon. Coffee, tea and jam were also available, so we didn't have to shop much. The apartment was very clean and as described. Amparo was very friendly and gave us tips for the city. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back. We had a very good stay and can only recommend the apartment. The kitchen equipment is fantastic, there was nothing missing. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathroom there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

The location of this property is 10/10. Located in the centre of the old town, surrounded by beautiful squares, restaurants, coffee shops, and winding streets, chapels and the incredible covered food market, just around the corner. The apartment is spotlessly, clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is a real added bonus. Due to the design of the property, each room is on a separate floor, so if you are infirm in any way, this would present problems. I would absolutely stay again. and recommend to friends

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Patricia responds very quickly and takes great care of her guests. The apartment is exactly as pictured, cozily furnished and has everything you need. The apartment can be easily reached on foot from the airport by metro. The harbor, the beach and the oceanografic are a few minutes' walk away. We rented bicycles, so you can get to the important sights very quickly. The bus stop is also right outside.

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for us, exactly as described. Communication was perfect throughout, incredibly friendly. Check in was flexible and easy. Great location, only 1 metro stop into the city centre. Balcony was fabulous, very private. Highly recommend

We are happy to have stayed at Maria’s place right on the beach in Patacona. Even on a popular weekend, it was very quiet alternative than Malva-rosa steps away. The apartment was very clean, looked better than the photos, spacious bathroom and outdoor patio, and comfortable living room.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

Jana's accommodation is beautiful, well cared for and very tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and with all the services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarkets,….). Its proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences is wonderful

A wonderful stay! Our experience in this house has been simply perfect. The house is in impeccable condition, very clean, well-equipped and with all the necessary amenities. In addition, its location is excellent: very close to the beach and with easy access to public transport. But the best of all was the owner Patri: an incredibly hospitable, friendly and attentive person. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and made many things available to us to make our stay even more comfortable. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many places, but honestly, I've never had such a lovely and dedicated host. Thank you so much for everything! Definitely the best host I've ever met.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Our stay in Erick’s place was great as the place was exactly as described. The apartment was perfectly clean, and had everything we would need. The location is also perfect; we could reach to the beach by 3 mins walk. During our check-out, he was also kind enough to drop us at the metro station which we could take directly to the airport. We’ll definitely visit again and would 100% recommend the place 🙏
