Without doubt THE BEST place we've ever been on holiday ❤️. The location is just perfect if you're looking for an 'off grid' place. The mountain views are outstanding and only interrupted by the sound of the mountain goats bells which are wonderfully melodic!. The hosts were wonderful providing us with a homemade Moussaka for our arrival 👌delivering fresh eggs from their hens later in the week. Google Maps brings you right to the villa and a small hire car can make it just take your time on the windy bits! If you're a cat lover you're in for a treat as there are a few beautiful young cats to feed (food provided by owners). Pool fabulous accommodation perfect. We are already booking for next year! 💯 the perfect place to wind down and recharge away from everything we couldn't recommend enough! ps Nikolaos was super helpful when we needed support on getting a flat tyre replaced 👌

First of all the host damoulis was excellent. The recommendations for places to visit and to eat made our holiday. Our 3 night stay was not long enough to enjoy them all but we must say the trek down to the beach from Aradena bridge through the Aradena gorge is a must for anyone who enjoys hiking! The apartment is squeaky clean and very modern with everything you need to feel home from home. This is the first time we have visited this part of the island and we were very impressed with hora Sfakion we can’t wait to return. Thank you Damoulis & Eleftheria Hope to see you again soon!

Book this! Amalen Suites (only 5 for the entire property) is in the perfect spot! Close to everything but at night quiet and extremely secure! My favorite part of my stay was the staff that ran Amalen! Thank you so much Maria, Jakob, Tolis, and Josie!!! Everyone was so so so kind and gave amazing recommendations for my stay. The breakfast served every morning was phenomenal as well!!! Oh and! My all time favorite products are used at this location (Olive Era) so I was able to buy some bottles to take home too. And because I was traveling alone they checked in with me everyday and made sure I was safe during my stay which means a lot! I truly had an amazing time at this hotel and highly highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND for couples that are traveling through Crete. The city in which Amalen is located is large and can be tough to find parking all of the time so I also did love that this was close to many restaurants, shops, IG worthy cute alleys and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Katherines Harito Loutro war der krönende Abschluss meiner Kreta-Reise! Morgens auf dieser unfassbar schönen Terrasse mit Blick über das weite Meer zu frühstücken, abends den Sternenhimmel zu sehen und das Geläut der Ziegen hinter mir zu hören - ein Gefühl absoluter Ruhe und Weltabgeschiedenheit, oben drüber über dem Dorf, und dennoch ist man in zwei, drei Minuten mittendrin. Das liebevoll restaurierte Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht, aber kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack. Katherine ist eine unglaublich umsichtige und fürsorglich Gastgeberin, die auf Fragen sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank Kathy, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the Airbnb. The hosts we great and the local restaurants and beach we perfect. Highly recommend staying here and walking the coastal path to loutro

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Mädels und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in der Villa! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber, schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den großartigen Service: Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde sofort reagiert und uns super freundlich weitergeholfen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Villa zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese tolle Zeit!

Апартамента беше страхотен на топ място в стария град! Имаше абсолютно всичко необходимо за един спокоен престой. Леглата са големи и с много удобни матраци. Помислено е за всичко необходимо. Има много хубав пясъчен плаж на пешеходно разстояние. Много заведения и ресторанти са на близо. Домакина е много отзивчив и съдейства за всичко необходимо. Благодарение на домакина успяхме да посетим местен празник, за който без домакина нямаше как да разберем. Беше ни осигурен и трансфер до съседното селище, където беше празника с местни критски танци. Изключително сме впечатлени от прекрасното и професионално отношение. Благодарим сърдечно за цялостното преживяване!!!!!
