Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be passed on by us 1:1 to the municipality of Simmerath!

It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private tennis court in "Red Court" renovated in 2022 available 300 m from the house.
