In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.

Perfect place to recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends, professionals are also welcome.

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Private parking, Wi-Fi, a flat screen offering more than 200 French and foreign channels as well as access to Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, the access staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues (see photos).

Recently renovated, the cabin features a double bed, a baby bed (on request), a desk area located right in front of large bay windows, and a dining area. The cabin is attached to our greenhouse, and next to it are our chickens, which provide fresh eggs to enjoy every morning (on request). A part of the garden is also available to you, with deckchairs, garden chairs, and a parasol.
