For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .

The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. This spacious house was designed to be enjoyed with several living spaces and set in large gardens. The large screened verandah is a favourite spot to relax overlooking the Narrabri Creek parklands. Enjoy winter evenings by the fire in the large living room. Walk along the river walking tracks to Narrabri's main street. Kitchen is well equipped to cook up a feast, bake treats, fix a quick bite in the airfryer or BBQ in the back garden
