Stay at Nicat’s was super comfortable. The location has an amazing view of Caspian Sea . Also it is 5 mins walk away from a 24*7 supermart, hence, all things are easily available. The property was super clean , and safe. We literally faced no issues. Would definitely recommend to stay here- be it friends or family. Nicat and his family have been very helpful and kind. The location of the apartment is great, there is a shop and a beautiful park nearby. At night, from the window there is a very beautiful view of the sea :) For an unfortunate resident, this place is a great option) It is worth paying attention to the fact that the Internet is weak enough and does not reach the bedroom and kitchen, the series could not be seen. Also I would replace blankets with more modern blankets. But my husband and I were still happy and boldly recommend the place ;)

Every thing was perfect and place was well managed

My trip to Sumqayit was on business. I found the apartment on the Airbnb app. The location of the apartment is in the Sumqayit boulevard area, very lively and economically developed. Close to Park and Caspian see . The price of an overnight stay is more than adequate, always clean room, very comfortable bed, AC, smart TV, fridge, small kitchen. Special thanks to the Mehman, friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The owner of the apartment is a very smart and personable gentleman, who is also ready to solve any problems. I can say that this is one of the best accommodation options in the region. On my next visit, I will definitely stay only hier. And of course I will recommend to all my colleagues and friends.

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

Every thing it was very good! The house corresponded to the photo and description, everything was in place and even more. The host himself helped as much as he could and was always happy to answer any questions. We will definitely come back!

Really happy with our stay at Shahin place. Great contact with the host. The apartment looks even better in real life than in the pictures. High ceilings make the space really spacious. Location just several minutes away from the Baku port with a lot of restaurants, shopping center and promenade. Looking forward to stay here again when coming back to Baku.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
