Beautiful house right on the beach (less than 100m), in the pristine neighbourhood of Gruissan Les Ayguades, far away from the overcrowded beaches of neighbouring Narbonne. The house is fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances, all the house linen (excluding beach towels), baby cot and some summer games. There is a TV with 25 channels (no cable or satellite), a DVD player and wifi access. You also have access to a private terrace with stone BBQ and parking for up to 2 cars.
