Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Cottage is a 2 bedroom, fully contained place to enjoy sitting on the deck with friends taking in the grassy paddocks, lily covered dam and local wallabies. Situated approximately 1 hour from Brisbane's CBD, 40 minutes from Bribie Island and 20 minutes by 4WD to Mt Mee Winery or D’Agular National Park. We also have direct access to 100 hectares of walking tracks. Star gazing from the fire pit is another must do while on your city break.

A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to isolate yourself from everyone and also the city life, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only.

Valley View enjoys very pleasant views including wildlife. I offer a fully renovated private home with independent living. Valley View is a smoke free zone - This applies to the whole property. Valley View is 3.5 Kls from Ocean View Estate function centre. I am happy to host bridal parties and may be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect? Closed Circuit TV monitors the front driveway and pathway. No other monitors are applicable to the Airbnb space.
