The kitchen offers the possibility to prepare your own meals with ease. The balcony is a real treasure. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Tena River and the Amazon rainforest. Enjoy a revitalizing shower and an equipped bathroom. In addition, there is a private terrace and a grill for roasting; a washing machine.

Arriendo cabaña

Rent small cabins a few minutes from downtown Tena around Tena. The place has a good view of the jungle rivers, valleys and mountains all private next to the great Napo river. To get to the establishment you must take a taxi or bus that is there all day to the Kichwa Community of Shandia. Rent for days, weeks or months. It has a wood stove, gas stove, large patio, sandy land, place to make a fire. There is a cell phone signal without electricity. The place is outside of technology.

Enjoy the peace of nature next to the river, just 15 minutes from Tena. Ample space inside and outside the house added to the whisper of the river will make your stay something magical and your nights cool thanks to the breeze. We also have a front garden with exotic flowers and a back patio overlooking the river.

La Casa Chontakuro

La Casa Chontakuro is just 3 1/2 hours away from Quito. We can organize a rafting tour starting right from the house. For a more comfortable experience we highly recommend to get there by car, although backpackers and adventurers have also had a great time just getting there by bus or taxi. What to expect: This is a house in the rainforest, don't expect luxury and lots of services. You´ll have to bring your own food.

It is a very cozy cabin located in the Aguapungo Community, a 5-minute drive to Tena and a 10-minute bus ride, with a bus that runs every hour. The cabin is at the end of the road where there is a two-story house located on the left side of the street. The house has a direct view and private access to the Misahualli River.
