Très bel endroit dans les plantations de thé. Super service de restauration sur place, le personnel est au petit soin. L’accès est en revanche assez difficile, et c’est loin de tout (25h de moto pour aller au premier village). Mais si vous cherchez le dépaysement c’est garanti !

Amazing place. My family loved it!

Wir haben drei Nächte (zum Neujahrswechsel) in dieser schönen Villa in Badulla verbracht. Wir wurden mit dem Jeep bis zur Unterkunft gebracht und dort sehr herzlich vom Team empfangen. Im Haupthaus befindet sich unten der Wohn- und Essbereich, wo auch das Essen (was wirklich immer lecker war) zubereitet und serviert wird. Oben waren dann unsere beiden Schlafräume, wobei eines der Zimmer sogar zwei Schlafräume hatte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Alle waren wirklich sehr herzlich. Sie haben uns wie Familienmitglieder an ihren Spielen und Ritualen zur Neujahrsfeier aufgenommen und sogar unseren Kindern Geschenke überreicht. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Zu empfehlen ist auch die kleine geführte Wanderung zum Wasserfall, bei der man die Naturverbundenheit spürt. Ein perfekter Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und Natur zu genießen. Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank an das Team, dass diesen Ort zu etwas ganz besonderen macht!

The view from this house is priceless. We could have spent hours starring at the view. If we walk a short distance downhill, we can see the Gregory Lake. There are grocery shop at the beginning of the road. Nonetheless, this place was very peaceful as well as beautiful. We had a great stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Charini’s place is lovely, she was very accommodating to our needs and there is a caretaker available 24/7. Views are spectacular and not too far from town. Living room is comfy but it is cold in this area at night so opt for the additional heaters!

One of the best Airbnb experiences—clean and friendly people. The only thing I missed was a good kitchen for us, but at the same time, the hotel provides amazing food at a very low cost. Highly recommended and heavenly view and friendly people, property is clean

Sampath's place was the perfect starting point for our Sri Lanka trip. The secluded location offered breathtaking views, and everything we needed was taken care of. My family, including my kid and parents, loved it there. The caretakers, were incredibly friendly and great hosts. The food she cooked for us was also really great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Эта необычная вилла расположена в джунглях. Мы хотели испытать именно такие ощущения: далеко от людей, без интернета, без вай-фай и без сотовой связи. И этот опыт получился незабываемым!!! Вилла современная, чистая, красивая. Сотрудник виллы приходил к нам дважды в день (утром и вечером), уважал нашу приватность и помогал нам по всем вопросам. Не смотря на некоторые проблемы с электричеством, наше впечатление от этого места нисколько не омрачилось! Потрясающий небольшой водопад прямо под виллой и небольшое кристально чистое озеро - это изюминка этого места. Рекомендуем к посещению всем, кто ищет уединения и соприкосновения с природой: она здесь абсолютно девственная!

Die Unterkunft war super schön. Der Infinity Pool mit toller Aussicht definitiv das Highlight. Der Kontakt mit Vajira war äußerst unkompliziert, auch für die Organisation unserer Vans zur Abreise hat er gesorgt - Frühstück gab es auch to go! Ein Tuctuc zu finden war aufgrund der Lage jedoch oftmals schwierig. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen.

Some places you stay at, others stay with you - this was definitely the latter. We came to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and somehow everything just clicked - the people, the setting, the timing. Shirani, our host, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and her help made the day feel so personal and special. The home is stunning, peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of character. Even the most beautiful photos can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. Chef Kavin’s food was unforgettable. Absolutely soul-satisfying. We pushed our checkout just to have one more meal. Kapila, our butler, quietly ensured everything ran smoothly. Milan, the manager was kind, responsive and was always ready to help. Chandra and the gardener kept everything spotless, quietly working in the background. This trip became one of those rare, treasured memories. Our hearts are full and this place will forever be a part of our daughter’s first chapter.

Sandalwood is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. The house and the interiors are modern and tasteful. The infinity pool overlooking the river and the mountains is superb. The staff is very gentle and proactive. Leslie prepare fresh breakfast and cook excellent dinner. Kumara is taking care about the house as if it was her property and perform perfect laundry service. Very interesting the Victoria golf club’s history and how this beautiful project run by big Sri Lankan’s company help the local community.

Мы отдыхали в мае этого года. Жилье и фото полностью соответствует описанию, все чисто и красиво. Мы остались довольны отдыхом и продлили еще несколько дней. Приехали специально посмотреть виллу, чтобы забронировать ее на лето (2 месяца) но каково было удивление, что в объявлении указано вилла целиком, а на деле вышло, что сдаются комнаты по отдельности. Если приехать всей семьей в 4 спальни, то цена сильно отличается. Этого не указано на сайте! Получается, это как отель сдают по комнатам, а соответственно уборка в номерах должна проходить каждый день и меняться белье. Этой услуги нам не оказывали. По моей просьбе стирались наши личные вещи за отдельную плату соответственно.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful house in the middle of an amazing spice garden, away from busy Kandy. We had a late check in at 9pm. Manoj, the property manager, picked us up for free at Kandy train station. After realizing the actual distance from Kandy to the house, we asked Manoj if it was possible to rent a motorbike. He arranged everything for the following morning. This home stay is hosted by a beautiful couple that took such great care of us. Thank you so much!! They took us to James Taylor tea plantation ( the fist one in SriLanka). It was fantastic! Good breakfasts and on request simple healthy dinners were made by Manoj ( great cook!) Delicious teas were enjoyed at the garden, surrounded by nature in their own botanical garden ;) As discussed with Manoj, there are several details that should be amended in the rental description: location, type of rental. Anyway, we had a great time and would definitely go back. Thanks again uncle James Taylor pepper man, beautiful auntie and Manoj for the wonderful experience.

Eine Unterkunft mitten im Dschungel, die Lage ist perfekt – abgeschieden und ruhig, aber trotzdem in nur 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Der Host vermittelt aber auch Tuk Tuk fahrten bzw Scooter. Kaum Moskitos, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Frühstück war köstlich, aber das absolute Highlight war das Abendessen! Wir haben uns jeden Tag darauf gefreut – mit viel Liebe zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend und einfach ein Genuss. Zudem war es immer eine Freude, mit dem Gastgeber zu plaudern und spannende Einblicke zu bekommen.

- We stayed with my whole family, total of 7 adults and a child. As soon as we arrived, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The place is beautiful, decor of the house is well thought through and so nice! 😍 - We also booked a cooking class for dinner time and breakfast! There was a little misunderstanding about breakfast, because you can choose between a few options but the staff again went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (which we were anyway 🙂). - Cooking class was interesting, they explained everything thoroughly and food so delicious! We also booked a private bartender who made cocktails while we enjoyed the cooking class, which was very good as well and between the group, great value for money! - swimming pool is nice and refreshing, and view from the top floor terrace is stunning! - overall I would highly recommend this place - it’s perfect for a group but it’s really the staff that makes it extra great!

Place was excellent and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and always around if we needed anything. Great communication from the host and kept in contact at all times to check how are stay was.

Our stay at Croft Cottage was nothing short of amazing! The location is ideal—private, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views, yet still providing easy access to many must-visit sites. We loved being able to walk to the nearby Kovil and enjoyed a scenic drive to Horton Plains, where we were lucky enough to spot leopards. A stop at Jagro for fresh strawberries made the journey even sweeter! The house itself is spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it perfect for families. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or a fun board game night with loved ones, this place has it all. The staff were outstanding—polite, attentive, and always ensuring our comfort. Additionally, the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Croft Cottage for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway in Little England. We can definitely see ourselves coming back to Croft Cottage again in the near future!

During my stay in Nuwara Eliya, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel hosted by Dineve. The hospitality provided by Dineve was exceptional; he was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was cozy and well-maintained, offering picturesque views of the surrounding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after In addition to the breathtaking natural beauty and excellent hospitality, the food at the hotel in Nuwara Eliya, hosted by Dineve, was a highlight of our stay. Every meal was a culinary delight, prepared with local ingredients and bursting with flavors that we couldn't get enough of. From traditional Sri Lankan dishes like aromatic rice and curry. Each dish was crafted with care and expertise. Dineve's attention to detail extended to the dining experience, ensuring that every meal was not only delicious but also memorable part of our stay!
