Welcome to this peaceful and stylish apartment, nestled in the Marne Valley and surrounded by Champagne vineyards. Ideally located near Nogent train station, you will be less than an hour from Paris, Marne-la-Vallée, Reims and Épernay. Apartment is located on the floor of my primary residence. While maintaining its independence, you will access it through the common entrance of my home( lockbox ). I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have and any needs you may have.

The Wizards' Passage near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

In a quiet and pretty village in the countryside on the Champagne road, halfway between Paris and Reims, "La Petite Bouchardière" independent part of a renovated old house is a large studio for 2 people with private courtyard: living area, TV - WI FI, equipped American kitchen, double bed sleeping area, bathroom with shower and toilet. Pleasant accommodation, comfortable, quiet and in a great location (see all the details in the Location/Getting around section).

Former mansion, located between Paris and Reims, the place is ideal for relaxing (No parties). Visit the Pannier champagne cellars. The place is a real haven of peace, located high up with a beautiful view of the marl. The house is completely reserved for you. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have an ensuite bathroom + toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet on the first floor.
