This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟

The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.

TV cable, wi-fi internet, coffee, bedding, BBQ and all kitchen and bathroom necessities. You also have access to some crafts, lifevests and paddles.

In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
