House vacation rentals in Nambucca Heads

We had a lovely stay in Greybox in SWR over q long weekend with the grandkids. The house is really lovely with beautiful breezeway living. The kitchen is well appointed so a gourmet cook could probably cook up a storm (we didn't...). The pool was lovely for the little ones. After all the rain in early 2025, the mozzies were out in force, but they were everywhere, not just here. We'll likely return in due course.

From the moment we arrived, this beautiful home felt like a true haven. It was incredibly warm and welcoming – not just in décor, but in atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. The location is absolutely perfect – close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. The house was immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped, with every detail considered. There were toys and games for the kids, plus loads of outdoor equipment including tennis rackets, surfboards, scooters, a beach cart - everything we could possibly need for endless fun! We loved the outdoor area overlooking the pool. It was the ideal spot to relax, soak up the sunshine, and watch the kids play. The host was an absolute standout – so friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. Libby went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and her warmth made us feel like welcome guests. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had!

Beautiful home, everything in the kitchen that you needed. Pool was clean and fun. Black cockatoos flying over every morning was an absolute treat! Plenty of space in house for kids and I. Hosts were excellent. Would absolutely come back here again!! Thanks Mark for having my tribe stay.

A once-in-a-lifetime Airbnb experience. This beach house is something truly special. With the ocean as your front yard, the sound of the waves in your ears, and the full moon rising over the water, it felt like a dream. We stayed as a group of four adults while attending a nearby conference, and it couldn’t have been more perfect—spacious, private, and beautifully designed, with each of us having our own bathroom and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Each morning began with a burst of nature and salt air, and each evening ended in this peaceful sanctuary—reflecting, resting, and soaking in the magic. The hot tub under the full moon was a highlight (bubbles, laughter, and starlight!), and even in May,we took an invigorating dip in the pool. Everything we wanted, everything we needed. Five-star accommodation under a million-star sky.

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Excellent getaway with family, plenty of room and loads of attractions close by. Highly recommend Leanne as a host, very available and happy to help.

Place was great, had everything we needed for a family holiday. Very special sitting on that deck watching the waves roll in. Quick access down to the beach for a surf or a fish. Thanks again.

One of the most peaceful beautiful places we’ve stayed. A short walk to the beach & in a lovely neighborhood. Great kitchen to cook in & very comfy beds. Hope to visit next year & stay here in Nambucca. Thanks Chris & Sharon for your helpful suggestions & brochures on places to see.

Our whole family enjoyed the stay at the Red Shed. The space was cosy, welcoming and clean. The welcome hamper was lovely, including homemade bread & biscuits as well as some lovely local products and Meredith’s goats milk soaps! The surrounds were beautiful, very pretty views from the living space. Meredith was a great communicator, very friendly and accomodating. She was generous in taking our children around for morning farm duties and introducing them to their beautiful Border Collie puppies. Feeding the animals was a highlight as well as walking around the beautiful property.

The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I traveled with my daughter and our dog, and we all felt right at home. Unfortunately, the heavy rain limited our outdoor activities, but it was still a nice and relaxing escape. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept spot to unwind!

A charming home to stay at, offering privacy and nestled among stunning bushland with a lovely variety of native birds around including our favourite black cockatoos! The beds are comfortable, and the house is immaculate, equipped with most things we needed for our stay. We just needed to get firewood for our June visit as it was a bit cool during that time. Hosts are great and very helpful. House was easy to find and a short drive to Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas, gorgeous spot to visit!

The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. They provided great local recommendations and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Fantastic stay. We needed a central location for a holiday with two families. This was perfect. Lots of space for the kids to play.

We had such a great time at this spot. Everything felt so well equipped. And great communication. We stayed 4 nights and were worried with a rainy forecast we might get cabin fever, but the close to town location made it easy to duck out and so many cute spots to relax. Thank you for the stay!

We had a perfect stay in Finbarr’s beautiful Bellingen home. The space was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully set up - especially loved using the fireplace in the evening. A great spot to unwind and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Such a great place! We stayed for four nights at Lorraine's place and loved it. It's a magical farm-stay only 10 minutes away from the beach. Lorraine is lovely and was very welcoming with us. All her gifts and souvenirs were a highlight of the trip.

Brilliant stay and perfect for our 3 generations to come together. Sonia has put so much thought into to all the tiny touches and amenities- things we hadn’t even thought of ! Quiet and nature centric location close to the beach and so relaxed. Comfort , quality and coziness all we could have hoped for. Will hopefully stay again.

We stayed overnight to break up our trip to the Gold Coast, and this place was perfect—close to the M1, cosy, and comfortable. It was cold and rainy outside, but the house was warm, with plenty of blankets and pillows on the bed. We woke up early to a beautiful surprise: plenty of kangaroos just outside! A lovely and peaceful stopover.

10/10 would recommend to stay at Collombatti cottage! Kelly was a great host and let us check in early. She was very responsive to our requests and even bought down more fire wood for us. Our 2 dachshunds had the time of their lives running the paddocks. We enjoyed feeding the cows and relaxing it was so peaceful! Everything was perfect, had everything we needed with nice little touches. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kelly & Duncan!

We’re two families from the Gold Coast who were looking for a peaceful getaway for a few days, away from Tropical Cyclone Alfred 2025. We were excited to find a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. The house had everything a family needs, it was clean, safe, close to a playground and coffee shop and a lovely area to walk around with friendly neighbors. Garry was a great host with clear instructions on everything and he was very kind and quick to respond.

We had such a wonderful time on our first stay that we couldn’t wait to come back again. We loved everything about this home and the town of Minnie Water. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
