Vacation rentals in Nallathanni River

Joseph’s place was exactly what we were looking for in Munnar! It was very peaceful because it was a little out of town, but still walkable to the small town of Anachal outside of Munnar. Joseph gave us many local recommendations and took us for a ride in his cab to see the sunset the first night we arrived. Best part of staying with Joseph is the home cooked food that you can order right at the AirBnB. He cooks it himself (along with his mother)! Joseph will take care of you 😊 We got sick during our stay and he brought us some special ginger coffee and coffee drops.

The place is easy to locate and quick to check in. The view is amazing and exactly as described/ shown in the photos. The biggest plus point were caretaker. Very responsive, very helpful and always available. Whatever help you might need, they will do everything to fulfill it.

Maria and his team were the most welcoming and arranging hosts we met during out stay in India. The kitchen is delicious, the view from the room breathtaking and the room was cosy and clean. I recomment calling Maria before arriving in Munnar, we got lost and had no signal in that area.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel a drive out of Munnar if you want a break from sightseeing and bustle and want to chill. The views are beyond belief, the staff are really lovely, all trying so hard and with a smile. Food is good with an extensive menu for all tastes. There is no alcohol available but a liquor store is just steps away. Our beers were perfectly chilled for us by the team at no extra cost and we could drink them in certain parts of the hotel no problem. The rooms feel spacious and luxurious. There are also lovely sitting areas to relax in and a fabulous terrace with vistas to die for! The boys lit a wonderful bonfire on one of our nights and earlier that evening we walked to a nearby Cultural Centre for a thrilling Kathakali dance performance. It was so cool! Thank you for hosting us. We had an enjoyable and peaceful stay and would recommend you!

Everyone is so lovely here! The views are amazing and the whole place is just really peaceful and nice.

Unforgettable experience! No words to describe the hospitality! The stay exceeded all our expectations. The host family is THE best. If you are a nature lover and enjoys human relationships, look no where! The 10 acres farm has good walking trail, small fish pond, coconut tree climbing gear, couple of swings, fresh fruits, hens, rabbits, all varieties of spice plantations, lots of birds, many kinds of trees. The host was super kind to offer everything available on the farm. Food cooked by Seeniya was so delicious! I am not writing about the exact experiences to save the surprise element! I fell little sick one afternoon and I can never forget the way Mr. Soji has helped in getting me to the nearest best hospital in his own car, stayed with me for 4 hours at the hospital and got me back home after I got better! Praising God for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful family! If you are planning to buy some spices, they offer at the best price, don't waste your money elsewhere!

Great stay, i got the much needed rest i took this vacation for. Beautiful property and surroundings, amazing food. Senthil personally dropped us off on the day of checkin because the cab we booked wasn’t available. Ajish was clear in his communications, him and arsh were available for help anytime. The hobbit house was wonderful, just like in the pictures. The stay was beautiful, The view was beautiful, The hospitality was fulfilling, Gokul & Ashraf were very kind, they arranged us the desirrd food and hot water time to time. We stayed at hobbit house for 2 days and felt calm, peaceful and private. Since we had cold and cough, we didn't use the indoor swimming pool (which was amazing by the way). But if we were to use it, we would've asked Gokul or Ashraf to had it cleaned once, or to replace the water. The place is well planned, it has all necessary amenities inside. Thanks to Silver oaks.
