Bhagwat ji place is one of the unique stays in Nainital due to its location and breathtaking views of Nainital and Naini Lake.. specially host like Bhagwat ji are rare to find..He was always responsive and ready to help..he arranged taxi for me to reach homestay and also helped to book scooty at cheap rate..he gave me excellent suggestions to visit around Nainital..He was always on his toes to serve and help..Highly recommend to stay here while visiting Nainital..

I had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb property — everything was clean and as described. What really stood out, though, was the caretaker. He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed, and made me feel truly welcome. His attention and hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly appreciate their support!

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

We had a great time staying at Arjun’s place. Special mention to the amazing food, everything was cooked to perfection. Beautiful and quiet property easily accessible by car. Arjun was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. We would love to stay here again super soon.

the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

I recently stayed at Langdale Lodge, a charming old British bungalow in Nainital that exudes heritage. The homestay, with guest rooms adjacent to the main house where owner Rohan resides, offers an authentic experience. Rohan was exceptionally communicative, responsive, and proactive, and his family warmly welcomed us. My room was clean, comfortable, and though it lacked a window, it never felt claustrophobic. The basic yet well-maintained bathroom provided hot water and quality toiletries. The location is ideal—situated in the heart of the city with a pleasant, walkable path to the market. A highlight was the home-cooked meals: arriving hungry around 4 PM, we were promptly served delicious poha, parathas, and chai, while dinner and breakfast were equally satisfying (meals are not included). Local transport was also arranged, making it easier for my elderly parents. Overall, a delightful, hassle-free stay that I highly recommend.

Our stay in syat house was worry-free and perfect, thanks to the beautiful room, the beautiful calm and trashfree landscape, the supernice stuff and the delicious provided three times buffet in the open garden kitchen each day. You pay for the food on top of the room price shown on Airbnb, but it's definetly worth it. The stuff is actually around the garden kitchen whole day, so that there is always somebody available. For people who think it might be a bit far from the entry of the nationalpark: there is a entry about 5minutes away and you can book a safari picking you up from syat house and bringing you quickly in the animal spotting areas. Ah and: after the warnings of Aditya for a lot insectfriends I expected endless spiders and more but in the end we spotted only one tiny lizard in the very far ceiling corner of the room and that was it (was in April). So don't be scared! We would love to come back one day :)
