The house has its own garden with outdoor furniture. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything is clean. Bed linen comes from the laundry. The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Eldhuset is a cozy, small cabin that is best suited for couples, possibly with young children. It has its own patio with a screened in terrace on one side and a small lawn on the other side. From the cabin you can see a mountain and fjord through a smallholding with operating buildings, but you don't need to go that far to get all the views you want! Welcome to Klokkargarden - the quiet pearl in Aurland! The old part of the house was built 1947 and we are now the 4th and 5th generation living here. It has always been Marit’s favourite place and it is growing on Espen as well. The new part of the house where you find your flat was was finished 2018. The outdoor area is still "work in progress" - but lift your eyes and you can see the beauty of the Aurlandsfjord. The flat is well suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 young children.

"Eldhuset" was built in 2004 with all modern qualities. There are heating cables in the floor, a private terrace, a great wood-fired bakery oven and a cultivation area just outside. The house has a bedroom and loft. Just outside the door you will find popular hiking and biking trails. 6 min drive to Sogndal city center, 4 min away is Kaupanger city center with grocery store and ViteMeir center, nice for all ages! 2 min away you will find a swimming pool, playground and gym.
