The timber capacity is 1-8 people with the option of an extra bed for an additional 8 people. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a shoe rack, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a seating area with a dining area, a kitchenette, and a tiled stove with a romantic furnace. In the attic there is a living room with a spacious sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Next with two bedrooms and another toilet. Up the steps you can climb the "hambalka", where there is a lying "under the stars" for romantic souls.

Summer and winter cottage

This is typical old-czech cottage built by my ancestors in 18th century. We renovated it, but try to keep the spirit of quitness and perfect place for escaping from rush places. The house is surrounded by garden with huge fireplace and nice shelter - perfect for BBQ. You can be sure, that nobody will disturb you...or you won't by your garden parties. During hot summer days, you can chill in little stream, which goes trought garden. I'm pretty sure, that you gonna love this place, because I do.

Our duplex apartment with terrace is located in a quiet and sunny part of Horní Maršov (7 km from Pec pod Sněžkou and 7 km from Jánské Lázně) with a beautiful view of the local hunting lodge, parish and church on the edge of the forest, yet 450 m from the center.
