Condo vacation rentals in Na Chom Thian

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

The condo is as destcribed, well equipped and a wide good bed. All clean and in good condition. No noise from the neigbours. One could stay there even for months. Communication was fine with the owner.

In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

decent stay

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Apartment has all required things and setup. Host is quite helpful and responsive. Beach,walking street, budhha hill all are in walking distace which made my holidays quite nice.

This area of Pattaya is so beautiful! Very more local than Jomtein and the views are unmatched - definitely will stay rebook again when I’m back in Pattaya, the security at the condo are super friendly and accommodating, there’s a fresh water vending machine downstairs so you can purchase water whenever you want, really really convenient and enjoyed it very much!

The host was great! Extremely helpful and responsive, which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again. Good value for the money, and a host that goes above and beyond! Thank you

เช็คอินด้วยตนเองง่ายดาย ห้องสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบเหมือนอยู่บ้าน คิดว่าห้องจะกว้างกว่านี้ แต่พอใจในราคานี้ที่สุดแล้ว อุปกรณ์และเฟอร์นิเจอร์บางชิ้นเริ่มเก่า แต่ยังสามารถใช้งานได้ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆคุย เสียงหมาเห่า แต่ไม่ค่อยกวนใจเท่าไร แอร์เริ่มค่อนข้างเก่า แต่ยังเย็นดี ฉ่ำ คอมเพรสเซอร์แอร์ตัวน้าทีวี ทำงานมีเสียงดังกวนใจมาก รบกวนการนอนหลับในบางครั้ง ประตูห้องพัก คิดว่าไม่นานน่าจะต้องเปลี่ยนหรือซ่อม ผนังประทุออกมา น่สจะพองตัว ช่องข้างๆล่างประตู หากใครมาสอดส่อง สามารถเห็นได้เลยว่าทำอะไรกันอยู่ในห้อง เริ่มมีช่องประตูกับวงกบกว้างขึ้น ส่วนครัวพอใจมาก ครบครัน จาน ช้อน ซ้อม ภายในห้องความใหม่ให้อยู่ในระดับที่พึ่งพอใจกับราคาที่จ่ายไป คิดว่าอีกไม่นานนี่เจ้าของห้องน่าจะปรับปรุงห้อง เพราะตามอายุการใช้งานครับ แต่ฉนั้นฉันมาพัทยาก็จะกลับมาพักกับที่พักของคุณอีกแน่นอน เพราะห้องแบงนี้ในราคานี้เทียบกับโรงแรม ได้ห้องแบบนี้หาที่ไหนไม่ได้แล้ว มาพัทยาฉันจะนึกถึงคุณ

Super lækker lejlighed med den smukkeste udsigt fra altanen. Alt var pænt og rent. Kæmpestort og flot poolområde. Vi ankom før aftalt indtjekningstidspunkt og May var tilgængelig med det samme og gjorde indtjekningen gnidningsfri. (kode på dør skulle laves om da vi kom før tid)

perfect spot. many local seafood restaurants nearby. comfy beds, main floor balcony is steps from the beach. never saw anyone at the rooftop pool, amazing sunset views. -Host Takahiko is wonderful!

Spacious 3 bedroom condo. Even there was a broken drawer and flippers a bit messy at the entrance, everything else was great!!! The host was very responsive to solve an a/c issue with no circuit. Great views and lots of things to do. We like swimming pool, tennis court and beach access. Restaurants are in good reach. Staffs at the condo are nice, friendly and helpful too.
