We stayed at Kavitha's homestay for a night, and it was incredibly comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful, nestled in the middle of a 35-acre coffee plantation, making it the perfect getaway if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. While you might not have a network connection, they offer a very stable internet connection. The nearest town is about 6 km away, so it's best to bring everything you need. We enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals for dinner and breakfast, and Kavitha and her family were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

This place is very beautiful with natural beauty all around. Hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. Dutta uncle knows the locality really well and his knowledge helped us explore all good places near by. Highly recommended place as it is close to Gaganachukki falls also

Talking Trees was the perfect escape from our hectic work lives. We visited with our dog, who had an absolute blast exploring the property he was playful the entire time. The hosts were warm and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every meal was delicious, and the food exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, offering stunning views of the surrounding woods. Mornings by the river with our dog were a highlight peaceful and refreshing. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and memorable farm stay experience, exactly what we were hoping for.

A lovely quaint bungalow nestled in the heart of the forest. Perfect for big group getaways and ideal for a long ride. The place has ten bunkers beds and a ton of space on the 1st floor and is clean and well kept. Two nice boys who you'd barely see cook some hot authentic Mallu food and take care there is nothing left to want with some good fish and chicken served piping hot. They even arranged extra meat for us on request at a very minimal cost. We were 14 of us and Doctor gladly gave us the ground floor too so we would be more comfortable and refused to charge us extra even when we asked him a couple of times if we need to pay extra and that thoughtfulness is a rarity nowadays where everyone looks for a bargain. This was a truly wonderful stay for me. Lakshman and his wife are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly - they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure I had a nice day. A special mention to the local Coorgi food that was prepared for me - so tasty and a great chance to sample local cuisine. Finally, the property itself is lovely - it’s housed on Lakshman’s coffee estate, in peaceful surroundings and near to Nagarhole. There’s also three sweet dogs to play with during your stay - would highly recommend! :)

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated with eco-friendly materials, adding to its rustic charm. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm-to-table meals were a highlight—fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. We enjoyed a variety of activities, from nature walks to hands-on organic farming, providing the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. It’s rare to find a place that feels so connected to nature while still providing all the comforts of a cozy stay. Huge thanks to Gowrish, Akash, and Mukti, who truly went the extra mile! They were always just a call away, making everything feel effortless. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to recharge and embrace a slower, mindful pace of life.

Exceptionally well maintained property. Bathrooms were amazingly well kept. The property is 100 times better than how it looks on the photos. Very peaceful and calm. Well maintained coffee estate too. Amazing and very helpful host. All in all it’s a 5 star property for me.

Great place to stay, me and my friend had a great time. the care takers were also good and try to resolve most of our Needs. Food was good. long story short, no complaints about the place and would love to go there again with friends or family. If possible book both the rooms it give you good privacy as it will be only you in the property.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

My stay in the Attic was a surreal experience, the Dilip n Mahima were friendly, special thanks to Alvin and Hari who made sure I was well taken care of . Very clean and peaceful stay. It was a dream like Homestay. Special mention to the yummy breakfast Appam n stew. Would highly recommend this Homestay if you are looking for a good experience like holiday in Waynad. Looking forward to come back again.

Usha, Ben and their son Ayappa were super friendly and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The place was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, which made it feel like home. The coffee plantation is a treat to walk around during a pleasant morning - peaceful & secluded. One of the best parts was the amazing food. Usha suggested some local restaurants and we also enjoyed the delicious meals prepared by her. The location was a bit confusing but the hosts were very responsive and helped us with the navigation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Certainly! Our homestay experience was absolutely delightful! The host's hospitality made us feel like a part of their family. The farmstay was a hidden gem. Clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay Staying at this homestay was a highlight of our vacation. The cozy atmosphere and warm welcome made us wish we could stay longer. The location was perfect, and the host's attention to detail was impeccable. We can't recommend this homestay enough! And we being the first guest of this newly inaugurated we were overwhelmed If you're looking for away from city hustle bustle , this homestay is the place to be, though with staying in the range of 500-1000 metres away from traffic. We left with a piece of this place in our hearts

Place is awesome for a family and private parties !! Pool is definitely clean and don't miss the view in the night. All the rooms are spacious with AC. It is filled with lot of mango trees. A small walk in the morning was blissfull. Nearby restaurants are available for food with also fully equipped kitchen. Caretakers were very helpfull.

Beautiful lush green place with big Coorgi rooms and a functional kitchen made our stay quite pleasant. The property has paved tracks to walk and many fruiting, flowering trees and a nice pond. We really appreciated the nice long walk with the host who graciously explained us about the history of the place and the plants in and around the place and gave us some of the freshly plucked fruits from the trees. The caretaker was very helpful and attended to all our needs. We were served a good spread of nice home cooked food, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it's a good place to be to detox with warm hosts and a lush green farm stay.

A peaceful, serene property surrounded by the Brahmagiri hills. The property is kept extremely clean, and the staff on the property are friendly and helpful. A recommended getaway from the city!

Perfect place for bachelors to hangout and for people who are traveling to visit the nagarhole tiger reserve. it's a 5 min off road drive to reach the place from the main road. The caretaker knows the surroundings well. It has a decent pool for 5 people to chill around.

We were a large family group with 3 teenagers and 1 child and stayed for one night only in the Bamboo Cottage. The property and facilities were exactly as advertised in the site. We really enjoyed the games amenities like the full sized badminton court, table tennis, carom board, darts etc. The property was safe and large enough for the child to play and run around. We had dinner and breakfast there. The traditional Kerala home cooked food was really well made and well served without any unnecessary fuss. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable and tastefully furnished. The garden is very well kept and has interesting varieties of local plants. One pleasant surprise was that the dormitory style bedroom downstairs, which can sleep 6 persons, had 3 separate bath and toilets attached to it. The hosts are polite and welcoming and quietly efficient without being intrusive. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

This was our first home stay and we absolutely loved it!! Starting with the response , directions to get there , the love and care taken to prepare breakfast and dinner the best meals we had in Coorg prepared by Mrs Ponnappa herself !! They have a beautiful place so green and colourful you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Ever ready to help !! We had such a peaceful sleep , going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of nature. They have so much to tell you about !! The list goes on and on I don't want to spoil it for you its best you check this home stay out and make some memories!!

Beautiful location, pristine accommodation, delicious food and lovely people! Paul uncle and Lissy aunty are two affectionate and loving people who would make you feel right at home, help you plan out your day and indulge you with conversations. For us it felt like being home with family. Thank you uncle and aunty for being so kind and warm.

Great home stay at the farm anand was polite and respectful. Surroundings are great and few new ammenties are being added as well. Only thing that did not sit right with me was the high cost of food in proportion to the quantity and quality been to many home stay till date never seen such high cost,needs some improvement here.

it is a great villa located in peaceful area. The host Adish was extremely helpful and communicated very well. He can arrange almost everything you need for your trip in Wayanad, starting from travel arrangements to food arrangements. The caretaker Faarish was always available to help with anything. You'll also find most of the utensils you need available in the kitchen.

This is an amazing place! The room is most comfortable, has a magnificent view on the trees and hills and has an exclusive ambiance. The bed is nicely soft and while waking up by the sound of birds, there is a nice cool breeze. The decoration is stylish and the bathroom is clean, comfortable and large. Both the hosts are very friendly and nice company for conversation on all types of topics. At night they invited us to have a drink near the campfire which was most enjoyable and fun! It’s also a perfect place from which one can experience Wayanads wildparks. I would highly recommend to have an visit here.
