Dawn set the bar high with this Carriage House. Fully stocked, updated, comfy, quiet, impeccably clean, high end everything. This was our first stay at an airbnb, I can't imagine they are all this new and this nice. Next time business or pleasure takes us up your way we hope to stay here. Thanks, J&B

My family enjoyed staying here. It was close to the river and walkable to shops and restaurants . We had my 2 year old grandson along and there was a great playground nearby. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this cool historic home.

Great place! Walkable to great restaurants, bars and shops. Easy to find, get in and cozy. Lynsey was responsive and had good recommendations.

This was our second time staying at Beth’s place and we can’t wait to go back! Beth is a wonderful host and super responsive. Her place is incredibly clean and in a great location. Definitely worth a stay!

We had a wonderful family stay a this home to visit some local kid attractions including the aquarium. Hope is a fantastic host - great communication, friendly and accommodating. The house itself was roomy for our group. It was clean and very well appointed with all the basics you need to be comfortable. The four king sized beds was really nice. No fighting over rooms! Our kids enjoyed the chalk and bubbles that were left outside and playing in the yard. The deck is also a nice space although we didn’t get to use it due to weather. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house was excellent! It was perfect for our party of six - me and my husband, our 4yr old, our 1yr old, and my two in-laws. The master bedroom had plenty of room for the pack-and-play and my 4yr old loved the kids room. The bathroom was perfect with a separate tub and shower. The house had so much charm and we enjoyed the open layout. I chose it because of how kid friendly it seemed and it did not disappoint. It had lots of books, games, and activities to keep the kids busy. Lots of kid plates/bowls/cups. They even had a baby gate and a booster seat with a tray. I also loved having the two living rooms for when the grandparents wanted a little space away from the grandkids without being too removed. It’s also walkable to downtown Mystic and conveniently next to a CVS. I’d highly recommend!! I also loved the decor and want to get the bedside table lamps for my own house 😀

This was perfect for a weekend getaway to Mystic. It was within a 20 minute walk from downtown Mystic. Room was perfect for two people and cooking utensils were also provided.

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

This is a jewel box of a place, thoughtfully designed and outfitted, immaculately maintained. The house sits on the quiet end of a glistening riverfront, and for us, as we were there during a heat wave, the highlight of our stay was paddling in their kayaks on the placid waters that lead to Hamburg Cove (where the Eightmile River meets the Connecticut). These are very professional hosts; everything was perfect. It was a real treat to stay in their home and in this lovely area.

What a wonderful stay! It truly is a bright and cheerful home. Eric thoroughly communicated all we needed to know before checking in. He was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We did! The home is in a quiet location but close enough to all that Mystic has to offer. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. It is cozy, clean, comfy and we can’t wait to be back for another relaxing stay!

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The house is beautiful, very well kitted out and thoughtfully presented. The location is tranquil and restful. Ann is the perfect host. We love it here. X

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The water views from the living room and both bedrooms made it hard to leave and come home. It's actually even more amazing than the pictures. Don't think twice! Book this place now!

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

We had a fabulous time. The house is lovely, perfectly maintained and set up to anticipate every human, and dog, need. The location is great. Doug and Rachel were wonderful to work with, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. Overall a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

We loved staying in the Octagon tiny house in the woods next to a bubbling brook. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable lodging in a lovely, wooded environment. We could not have been more pleased.

Jennifer’s place was perfect. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very new and spotlessly clean. Will definitely return.

Jason has a wonderful home right on Bolton Lake. House is very clean, very modern with lot's of ammentities. If you want a nice relaxing lake visit perhaps to visit family in the area (which is what we did) it is perfect. He was always super responsive usually inside of30mins, and getting into the home was a breeze.

I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Kristine was a great host who was communicative, kind, and flexible, which made everything so much easier during a special time for my family. I really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Five stars all the way.

This cottage was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, it was easy to get to off of Interstate 95. We enjoyed the shops at Old Mystic Village and the ride into downtown Mystic was a breeze. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. This cottage was well appointed and centrally located.

We had a great stay at Nick’s place! It’s super close and walkable to the downtown mystic area. Everything was comfortable and clean. We hope to come back again sometime!
