The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Family cottage on top with amazing views

We want to share our amazing cabin in the mountains with you. The cabin is one of the highest located in the cabin area and has a very nice view of Nisservann. On the horizon, the high mountains reign. There are no other cabins on the backside. Here the hiking terrain is available right outside the door in summer and winter. Prepared ski slope is located 20 meters from the plot. You have a nice view of Hægefjell which is a popular hiking destination all year round. Vrådal alpine resort with 18 slopes is located only 500 meters from the cabin.

Modern cabin at Felle

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 hours from the Zoo in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area for fishing, cycling, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. BED LINEN AND TOWELS MUST BE BROUGHT The bedrooms have respectively: 1. 160 cm bed 2. 160 cm bed 3. 2 single beds As well as 2 mattresses on the loft Minimum rent, 3 nights

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. The Kårboligen. 30 minutes to Arendal.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. Modern apartment located in a quiet residential area.

Bright and modern apartment in a quiet residential area. Short distance to most places. Several of the images are digitally styled. Best suited for 1-2 people. 120 cm bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa/sofa bed. You have to consider how many days it is ok to sleep on the sofa bed. There is a sliding door into the bedroom and a sliding door into the living room. Toilet is in the hallway, between the 2 zones. So if you use sliding doors, there will actually be 2 private zones.

The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.

In the grazing season, the cows roam in the area, but the cabin is fenced. Electricity is available, but not water. Water in jugs is ready upon arrival and there is a dishwashing sink in the kitchen. The cabin also has a pleasant outhouse. Firewood is included in the woodshed. Free WiFi.
