«Поруч» – будиночок біля річки та лісу

Місце гарне, природа, поруч річка. Будиночок затишний, гарна тераса. В будинку є ігри, є столики та крісла, тому можна змінювати локації де посидіти ! Госпадор був завжди на зв'язку, швидко відповідав, і допомагав вирішити будь які питання. Є невеличкі недоліки, були сковорідки які не спрацьовували під сенсорну плиту ( господар відразу запропонував нам купити, і відшкодувати кошти) немає штор, чи ролетів тому все видно а вранці сліпить сонце. Немає штори у ванній кімнаті ( дружині особливо не зручно було). Але господарі чують і роблять все щоб покращувати будинок. Якщо були дрібні зауваження ці питання швидко вирішуються, господарі ввічливо та швидко комунікують, ми провели гарний та спокійний відпочинок. Рекомендую !

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Провела чудові 3 ночі в цій квартирі. Все сподобалось: локація, затишний балкончик, доволі тиха, як для центру вулиця. Єдине, що можна було б покращити - матрас на ліжку, але це не критично. Зупинилась би ще раз.

Квартира чистая, светлая и очень стильная — чувствовали себя как дома. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение отличное: рядом красивый парк, множество магазинов и ресторанов, всё под рукой. Сам город оставил прекрасные впечатления!
