2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The property is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

The villa was completely renovated between 2021 - 2025 in accordance with historical monuments and with ecological building materials. The result is an enchanting place with style and soul. The apartment is very high quality and equipped with many loving details, has a 70 sqm garden terrace (exclusive use) and a fireplace. Unique are the 18th century murals in the living room.

Approximately 1.5 km away, there are numerous shopping facilities. (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, etc.)

The prices are for an occupancy of 6 people (minimum calculation). On Sundays, a late departure until 10 p.m. is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €30 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and baroque pavilion. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different angles and corners on different levels and great views.
