Beachfront vacation rentals in Mushroom Bay Beach

We are a family of 6 travelling with four children. This place was the perfect location for us about 20 steps to the beach. Wayan and his staff were so fantastic they could not have been more helpful. Hiring paddle boards, booking snorkeling trips which we did and saw a turtle and 3 Manta Ray...so amazing. The accommodation is traditional and does have the feeling of a homestay, for us this was perfect as we love engaging with our hosts and they were so lovely it was great. We hope to see Wayan and his family again in the future. Nusa Lembongan is an amazing island full of amazing people with loads to do. Highly recommended 👌

A fantastic location if you are looking for a quiet holiday a little away from shops and restaurants. The accommodation was well appointed and with amazing sea and garden views and a huge infinity pool. The real star of the whole holiday is the villa manager, Wayan. He greeted us and any request or enquiry we had with an amazing smile and can do attitude. He gently arranged and suggested things for us to do and it lead to an extremely relaxing and memorable trip. We learnt a great deal about the Balinese culture. The villa is about 40 minutes north of Sanur town - and the quiet location suited our needs well. You cannot walk to café's and restaurants - but the chef prepared nice meals for us at the villa. We thoroughly recommend booking in villa spa treatments - they can be enjoyed either in the sala by the pool with views of the ocean, or on a massage table in one of the bedrooms. Truly wonderful massage therapists, very skilled. It was also good fun to play pool every day too!

This was our best stay from whole Bali trip. The location is super awesome, the beach is right in front of your room. The only con is google map location; it ended in the middle of road which got us scares. Do not worry keep riding down until you see ocean and ask for MALIBU. Super good host. He helped us with cab also.

Amazing place to stay! I would recommend to everyone, as long as you don’t mind people walking by and looking into the pool / lounge area. It can be kind of noisy with the main road of the island between you and the water (with people regularly stopping to admire the view and look in) but that’s also why this place is amazing, the view is unbeatable and truely breathtaking no matter the weather or tide and the property is stunning. The little villas are quite cute with outdoor bathrooms and the kitchen had all the basic things you need. The locals are so friendly and there are heaps of cafes/restaurants with pools also, all within walking distance. I’d love to visit again!

This place was wonderful! We were very happy with our stay. Location is a little far removed from dive shops if that’s a concern but very close to some good restaurants. We loved the attention to detail and service provided by Eka (house manager). She arranged mopeds for us and our ferry. The villa was cleaned daily as well. One thing- we weren’t made aware that the food on the tables costs money until the end and there was missing hand soap in two of our bedrooms-so please know this. Overall, our stay was incredible. We really recommend coming here. We are hard to please people and loved it. Thank you!

An absolute dream! We extended two more days after the first day. The cottages are very nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and super clean. It is cleaned every day and everyone is just nice and helpful. We felt totally comfortable and would come back any time! Absolute heart recommendation.

This place was amazing! The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had two catered meals that were beyond delicious! The staff became friends quickly! they were so caring and wonderful! I wish we could have stayed for longer. We will be back! A very beautiful Airbnb right on the ocean!

Amazing stay! Large, comfortable villa to host our group of friends. The location is quiet and secluded, with a quiet black sand beach at your doorstep. Perfect for an intimate getaway!

Wayan and his wife were both lovely people. They made me feel right at home. Wayan picked me up and dropped me off at the end of my stay free of charge which was great! His wife made a delicious breakfast for me every morning. They are both very friendly and made my stay even better. The villas are nice and comfortable. It feels like you have your own space and the pool was very handy. I definitely recommend their place!

The villas are a little out of the way and down a little track but when you arrive what a magnificent view. Kecho communicated quickly and organised friendly and prompt transport from our previous accommodation. Kecho met us at the villa with a welcoming fruit drink and clearly explained all the facilities. The room was spotless with a comfortable King size bed, mini bar, safe and beautiful decor. The ensuite was likewise spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was included in the rate and was served over looking the pool and turquoise ocean which at low tides reveal the local seaweed farms and the farmers going about their day. The menu is a little small but everything we ate was delicious and very fresh. You must try Kecho’s wife’s home made spring rolls, some of the best I’ve had. Leboah Nusa Cottages are immaculately kept along with the grounds and Kecho is a wonderful host.

I stayed here for two nights and honestly, it was fantastic—I enjoyed every single moment! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality, especially from one of the staff members, Kadek. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From helping with laundry, arranging drivers, recommending great places to eat, organizing food delivery, and much more—he was always there with a smile and a solution. Kadek is an absolute legend and a big reason why my stay was so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service, comfort, and a genuinely warm experience. Would definitely come back!

The villa is nestled in a corner of paradise surrounded by greenery. The luxury of a villa with the comforts of a hotel and extremely helpful and attentive staff! What an experience, I would recommend it without hesitation!!! Thanks to the whole team!!

An Unforgettable Stay - Highly Recommend! We had the most amazing experience staying at this villa! Our group of 16 felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The space is beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The view was absolutely beautiful - photos truly don’t do it justice - and the pool was a major highlight for all of us. Whether we were lounging by the water or enjoying sunset views, every moment felt special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made everything easy. The hospitality overall was top-notch. This made our trip, this was the best place we stayed, the staff were so extremely accommodating and friendly, breakfast was delicious, they waited on us hand and foot and were fantastic. we highly highly recommend this place. Short walk to the beach where you can rent surf boats, snorkelling gear etc.. many restaurants along the beach too. So peaceful and quiet especially if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of Bali. Thank you for making our stay so memorable ☺️

There's a reason why Agus' listing is 5 star. At that price, you are basically staying in a clean large private room where the balcony opens up to the sea. The rooms were very clean, which I am sure is a challenge given how close it is to the beach. The AC runs cold, and in a hot and humid place like Nusa Penida, that is a huge convenience. Agus is a wonderful host. He took care of all our transportation needs on the island as well as booking our snorkeling trip. He got big filtered water tanks for us so we didn't have to spend money buying plastic bottles. Simple touches like keeping international power plug points in the room made our stay so much more convenient. He was always around to clarify and answer questions. As an aside, if you are from India and have watched the web series Panchayat, you might find Agus has an uncanny resemblance to the character Vikas. Like Vikas, Agus is simple, friendly and resourceful. :-)

Nice place, nice and helpful staff. Great cabin to spend a few nights in. It is noisy because the walls are very thin and there are chickens behind the property, but earplugs are supplied so if you don't mind it is not a problem.

We had a great stay there. The location is near beach and markets. The house is fully equipped and perfect for a couple. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, in the middle of nature with beatiful birds passing by

Amazing hospitality from all of the staff. This is a great hidden gem outside of Ubud so it’s quiet and right on the ocean. We utilized the private driver daily for our activities, and we would absolutely stay here again!
