This apartment is perfect because from here it's close to all the bars, restaurants and the city center. At the end of the street there is plaza la Merced. This apartment is just renovated. We have airco in the bedroom and living room. The walk to the lockerbox is 4 minutes, we are not allowed to but it on our wall downstairs unfortunally. In the living room you will hear city noise, because we are located in old town. The bedroom is on the other side of the building, so no city noise there 🙏

The Black Rose Rooftop is a bright cosy studio flat just on the edge of the old town, close to all main attractions of the city e.g. 2 min to Picasso's birthplace, Teatro de Cervantes and Plaza Merced where you will find all kinds of restaurants and bars. However, when you come back to the Black Rose you leave all the buzz behind and hardly realize that you are located in the city center, especially when you chill out on the terrace with amazing views and a very comfortable chill out corner.
