The stay was very pleasant! Nedal was very friendly, proactive and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom next to it was also clean! I was able to use the well equipped kitchen and borrow a snorkeling kit. The roof has a good view on the beach and is very nice to sit on in the evening or at sunset. Nedal has an amicable character and we had pleasant and insightful conversations. Thanks for having me Nedal, I can only recommend Nedal and his place to anyone, as it's a safe and welcoming place and area.

The location of this place was exactly what I was looking for, very quiet, near a beach and a park. It is located centrally so many of the attractions are 10 min away. A beautiful hotel is just next door with one of the most beautiful restaurants on the beach. The apartment itself is quiet, clean and so relaxing. Sukoon was very attentive and helpful. This is gem of a place.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Umgebung ruhig und gut gelegen. Nähe eines Lebensmittelgeschäftes. Außenpool sehr schön. Ich gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne, obwohl das Bad und die Küche nicht ganz sauber waren, jedoch hat Abdulla sofort Reinigungskräfte geschickt um das in Ordnung zu bringen. Danke dafür! Ebenso schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. One word to describe the apartment- Fun! Perfect for a group trip, incredible views from the bedrooms, the funky layout and terrace area made it all the more charming. Bathrooms and bedding were all pristine and well-stocked. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. Chris was super responsive and connected us with a wonderful tour guide for a day trip all around the east coast of Oman. Our first time visiting Sifah and we’ll definitely be returning. The location was stunning, with so many restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Super helpful to have a convenience store opposite the building as well. A 10/10 stay, really well thought-out property, with tons of fun character.

From the get go, Mohamed was responsive towards my queries. Check in was smooth and streamlined. Clear instructions given out. Even recommended places to go and eat! Didnt have a hairdryer at the start and when i asked him, he sent over his brother to send the hair dryer over when his brother was an hour’s journey away. Appreciate Mohamad and his brother for going the extra mile to provide excellent service! His home and surroundings were one of the most beautiful and peaceful i’ve ever stayed in. Area was still in development, however, there were still places to explore for food, leisure and activities! Recommend to stay at Mohamad’s if you’re ever in Oman and need a relaxing place to stay!

It was a great experience overall. Very peaceful place to spend time. The beach felt like a private beach. We’ve spent a great time at this place and the host is very friendly.

The apartment is one of the best that I ever lived in nice view accessible . Said and his brother Faisal are really reactive whenever we had anything they were answering rapidly I was glad we had to choose this

Zawaya met us at the apartment - he had come to put on the air conditioning as it was 40 degrees plus! - and this consideration set the tone for the whole of our stay. From the apartment it is a 10 - 15 minute walk to Qurum's long coral beach and a 3-10 minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. The Ramssa Omani Restaurant gave us delicious food and a lovely welcome - and it has a beautiful garden for the cooler months. It is an easy drive to the apartment to and from the airport and into central Muscat's souqs, waterfront, museums and forts. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a wonderful range of condiments and staples which were great for making meals. The parking in the ground level garage is at the back on the left - in case you have difficulty finding it. Many thanks Zawaya for being such a kind and welcoming host.

The location is great. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. Majdi was responsive for all our needs. I highly recommend it.

The house is located directly across the road from the beach with 3 restaurants on the same road. There is public parking on the main road. The rooms were large and bright. There was no outdoor space/garden but that didn’t matter as there’s a large balcony on the top floor and a smaller one on the second. Sulaiman was very kind, gracious and helpful.

Wij zaten in huisje 6, onze dochter en haar gezin in huisje 5 met gezamenlijk binnen tuin/terras. Zo hadden we genoeg privacy maar ook contact samen. We hadden een hang/leg kast en een dressoirkastje met 2 laatjes en hoefden dus niet uit onze koffers te leven, dat was fijn. We hadden ook een klein eigen terrasje met klein zwembad in de schaduw van boompjes. Als je alleen huisje 6 zou huren heb je niet echt een plaats om buiten zitten. Beide huisje verhuren aan een groep of familie werkt uitstekend.

Eine große, gut ausgestattete und geschmackvoll gestaltete Wohnung mit einem ganz kleinen Balkon zum Wäscheaufhängen, in bester zentraler, aber ruhiger Wohnlage und in unmittelbarer Nähe des herrlichen, kilometerlangen öffentlichen Sandstrandes. Da sich das Büro der Vermieter im Gebäude befindet und die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit sind, fühlte ich mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl, sicher und gut aufgehoben. Zu Fuß erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten das Waterfront mit einer Vielzahl schöner Restaurants und Cafés mit Blick auf den Ozean. Auch der Supermarkt Al Fair ist zu Fuß in nur ca 15 Minuten entfernt. Danke an das ganze Team von Hilal Properties - ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the host, Marwa, was exceptionally proactive and easy to reach. She was always available and even arranged transport for us when we had trouble entering Oman, which was a huge help. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably during our stay. While we couldn’t use the outdoor grill or enjoy the balcony due to the peak summer heat, I can imagine how perfect it would be in the cooler months, especially with the beautiful surroundings and the nearby sea. A special mention goes to the amazing massage chairs — we used them every day and absolutely loved them! Thank you, Marwa, for making our stay so comfortable and cozy. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return for a winter stay to enjoy it even more.

Hilde was an amazing host, keeping up the ‘spirit of AirBnB’ flag high. She was super responsive at all times, including when she was at work. She’s very helpful and friendly too. About the place: it’s very close to a couple of great restaurants and also the beach is just 2 min walk from here. No nearby grocery store, but that’s Muscat for you. Overall, highly highly recommend Hide’s place to anyone visiting this city.

it is a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment .the location is fantastic ,the apartment itself is very spacious ,well organized ,and impeccably clean . i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish retreat .i would definitely come back again
