Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (new appliances), a very cozy living room, a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful and quiet 26 m2 maisonette on Île Saint Maurille between the Loire and the Louet. It is located close to local shops, bus lines and 10 minutes from Angers.
