Bucolic break in a former 3-star hunting lodge

Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Between Louet and Loire, a cabin hut

Escape on our toue ssidbladnir on the banks of the Loire near Angers. Come and spend an unforgettable moment in a unique setting surrounded by nature. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. In winter, a stove is available for your comfort. The table can be converted into a bed for 2 people. The toue is docked on my property, where you can park. To board, all you have to do is access it via the gangway (note that access can be difficult depending on the level of the Loire)

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

Located in the heart of Les Ponts de Cé (Saint-Maurille district), charming studio in a quiet and recent residence with private parking space. 1st-floor apartment with elevator and intercom. 100 m from all shops (renowned bakery, florist, pharmacy, delicatessen, caterer, etc.). Hypermarket 2 km away. The beautiful banks of the Loire are within walking distance and Angers is a 5-minute drive or public transport (7 days a week). I look forward to welcoming you.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums, Terrabotanica are a few minutes away by car. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... The wood-frame house, built with bio-sourced materials, exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Welcome to La Cabane cé!

Charming "bord de Loire" loft, very bright, 50 m2, refurbished, offers you all the necessary comforts to allow you to have a pleasant stay. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (new appliances), a very cozy living room, a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.

Close to Angers, located on the banks of the Loire, at Les Ponts de Cé, in a UNESCO-listed site, our 3-star cottage is an ideal place to gather with family or friends and enjoy nature. It’s an old fisherman’s house, renovated over time. Its terrace overlooks the Loire. The 110 m² house consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 3 bedrooms.
