This brand new chalet is perched above the car free village of MURREN in the Bernese Oberland outside charming Interlaken. The apartment is the lower floor of the chalet with a spacious living/dining room and large windows that look across the spectacular Lauterbrunnen Valley with its 72 waterfalls to the North Face of the Eiger and the Jungfrau Massif. It offers the best view of any chalet rental in Murren. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and 2 walk in closets leading to the bathroom with shower and tub. On the edge of the living room is a queen wall bed, so the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 . The spiffy fully equipped modern kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, 4 burner stove and oven. The fridge has a freezer. There is a bar with bar stools. The chalet has a wood burning stove and radiant floor heating. In the winter it is essentially ski in/ski out offering ski lockers and boot warmers.. You will love this space in the typical charming Swiss village of Murren. We're adjacent to a wildlife preserve, with daily sightings of graceful charming Chamois, so we cannot accommodate dogs or cats. If you want spacious, quiet, private, cozy and spectacular, this place is for you. World famous hiking and skiing are at the doorstep. And a Peace you've never before experienced. After you check in, you'll be welcomed by our wonderful Property Manager Liza who will help you fill out the Kurtaxe form. While we pay the Kurtaxe for you, you need the filled out form in order to pick up the "Kurkarte" ID card at the Sports Center. With this card you can enjoy the free indoor swimming pool/hot tub plus free ice-skating in the winter. You can also benefit from discounts at various stores.

Luxury apartment with unbeatable views.

Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

ONLY Chalet Pironnet has THE most iconic view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley, including the impressive Staubbach waterfall, the dramatic mountains and the iconic church. Not only are the views the best in the village, we are very close to all the conveniences: the bus stop, train station, cable car, restaurants, cafés, shops, laundromat, quick access to the ski resorts and all other outdoor activities. The chalet in CAR-FREE Mürren is only about 100 m from the BLM train station. A sports center with an ice rink, indoor pool, fitness & spa can be reached in 2 minutes. Various cable cars to the ski slopes are also only a 5-minute walk away. Whether skiing and snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, hiking or walking, strolling in the village, swimming in the indoor pool, wellness and massages in the spa or just being. Chalet Lueg i Bärg is located in the upper part of the village of car-free Mürren and is ideally located for winter sports (ski slope a few meters away) and for hiking in summer. Shops and trains are within walking distance. The spacious and cozy 3 1/2 room apartment with patio is ideal for couples and families. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave and coffee maker. In addition to the bathroom with tub, it also has an additional guest toilet.

The place is close to cable car stations (3 minutes from Mürren BLM train station and about 10-15 min minutes from Schilthornbahn station). The price does not include the tourist tax. After paying the visitor's tax, you will receive the guest card of Mürren. (Free admission to the indoor pool.)
