Shepherds Rest, Mt Brandon Views

SuzanneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We booked Shepherds Rest knowing it was a new renovation anticipating some amenities may be unfinished, but it was evident that every detail was thought of throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and sparkling. After a relaxing cup of coffee on the patio, It is amazing to be washing dishes while looking out at green pastures and mountain views in abundance. The bedrooms are beautiful with exceptionally comfortable mattresses which ensure a great night sleep. Located just 8 minutes outside of Dingle, this is an undiscovered gem. It is a great starting point for all the sites and activities, boat tours, golf nearby, Inch Strand, Slea Head Drive, Gallarus, Connor Pass. After a day of touring the Dingle Peninsula, we had a great dinner at one of the many restaurants serving local seafood, beef and lamb. We looked forward to returning to Shepherds Rest to relax and take in the stillness of the evening, the culmination of a perfect day. We highly recommend.

Retreat, 1 Mile from Dingle Town

JennyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Muireann and Danny were great hosts. The accommodation in their home was extremely comfortable and the location was an easy drive to town and other local attractions. We really appreciated the breakfast and the chat Muireann and Danny provided each morning. Thank you once again!

Stylish beach retreat on the Wild Atlantic Way

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Just returned from a lovely stay in the cottage. Amazing location, the garden area was so spacious! We didn’t have great weather unfortunately but having such a nice place to stay made it a much nicer experience. We wandered down to the local Beach a few times and did walks in both directions on the coastal path. Frequented the pubs in Ballyferriter a few times during our stay and ventured further into Dingle (20minute drive away) to visit the shops, supermarket, pubs etc. Overall, such a nice relaxing stay in a lovely spot!

Dingle Charming Sea View Cottage

Ella LuisaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Beenbawn Cottage was a great place to stay! We felt welcomed by Maureen, her Dog Teddy and Jessi the Pony. The cottage itself was very cosy and clean. The surrounding nature was breathtaking as well and Maureen gave us great recommendations for our little road trip. All in all a 5 ⭐ experience, that we would definitely recommend:)

Oilean Rua

PatrickRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We loved our stay in Sarah’s house. The house is beautifully sited between Ventry and Ballyferriter with views over Smerwick Bay, particularly nice in the evenings. The property is attached to Sarah’s house but with its own entrance and car parking - privacy is not an issue. Sarah’s attention to detail is impressive. The whole house is immaculately clean and has everything you could need - from cleaning supplies to eggs and bacon left in the fridge. The real highlight is Sarah’s dog who is super friendly and always up for a game. Overall a great experience and perfect base for exploring the Corca Dhuibhne!
