Vacation rentals with a patio in Muratpaşa

Place was very clean and location was great, close to everything and just a small ride to the city centre. Host was also very easy to reach, communicate with, friendly and helpfull. Will definitely recommend and book again!

Beautiful apartment located in walking distance to the old town of Antalya. Adnan was extremely friendly and very responsive to our needs. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location — walking distance to both the city center and the beach. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful the apartment was. I had read earlier reviews mentioning some noise between neighboring units, but it’s clear that the host has taken serious steps to fix that. During my stay, I didn’t experience any noise issues at all — the sound insulation was excellent. The host, Berat, was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout. He clearly puts a lot of care into his property and the guest experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A lovely space hosted by a wonderful man. The location is ideal, close to lots of restaurants and within walking distance of Hadrian’s Gate. Enjoyed the stay with everything clean and spotless in a well thought out and attractive home.

The apartment is in a very central location of old town and has lots to do in the area! It is a very spacious and clean apartment. The only thing to keep note of is since it is downtown old town, there is still a lot of noise going on outside at night. But definitely worth how walkable the apartment is to everything.

We had a lovely stay at Altug's property. Everything was exactly like the images. The pool was definitely an added plus to our stay. Property is kept well. Very close to the beach and easy to catch a Taxi to any parts of the city. Highly recommend!

Umut and his co-hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We came as a mother and daughter and everything was perfect. From start to finish our host was available and above all very responsive. The accommodation offered is as described. Large apartment, a large beautiful terrace upstairs to enjoy the sun and life by the sea. the proximity to the beach and shops and activities, everything was really perfect. I totally recommend Umut and his place. I would definitely stay at Umut's again. thank you for this wonderful week spent thanks to you. thank you 😊🙏🙏🙏

This is a lovely apartment right next to the restaurants, shops, and sights of the Old City. There is parking but be ready for the charming (I.e. narrow) streets of the Old City!

i was really satisfied, the house was in the sights, it was very spacious and clean, the location was opposite the beach and in a very nice place in terms of transportation, thank you 🙏

We were excited to stay here cause it's located in the middle of old town. And as expected, it's a great house, with 3 big bedrooms, living area, bathroom and a big kitchen with appliances & utensils (just like the pics). Everything was closely located: beach, restaurants, nightlife, markets for groceries, modern shops... When we arrived (before the check-in time), they helped us with the luggage. They also brought some fruit & water for our first day. So overall a very friendly & welcoming staff! Communication with the host was great! He was welcoming, quickly responded when asked a question, also helped with booking trips and he was honest which ones were worth it and which ones were not (even gave us a discount). We also had a great view from the balcony where we sat to relax. The restaurant below us had live music almost every night which we also enjoyed (bring earplugs if you can't sleep with loud noises 😉). Conclusion, I definitely recommend this place! 😊

Sedat was great! helped with everything we needed. the villa was a bit small and outdated but we did not spend much time there as there was plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

First of all, I would like to thank Murat for his wonderful support by coming from afar despite my late reservation. It was one of the moves I was longing to see since many time. 👑 Afterwards, the house, location, design, the condition & comfort of the furniture and equipments were absolutely perfect. The spacious garden that made the front & back of the house independent from each other and the feeling it created were both peaceful and motivating. The only advice I can give to those who are thinking of staying for a few days is to make sure that the following days are free. Because you will definitely want to stay a few more days. 😊 See you soon Murat… 🍀

Good apartment for tourists to swim at the sea with during the season. Private territory is safe and comfortable.

Night check-in at Antalya airport, easy to reach from the airport. Close to the city center. Parking available. Great welcome while we arrived during the night. Water, coffee available. There were 4 of us the 2 bedrooms and the apartment was enough. Thank you for the hospitality and accommodation.

The accommodation was clean and pretty.Good location from antalya airport. 24 hours security service. we enjoyed with our family.

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

Mr. Erdem is caring and kind.. He answered the questions we asked quickly.. The place we stayed is clean and convenient as it appears in the photos.. It is very nice to have an exit balcony to the pool.. Those who will prefer can decide without thinking.

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better

I would like to thank Mr. Burak for being in constant contact with us during our stay and allowing us to do the activities we will do. The place is beautiful, fresh air, a peaceful holiday place in touch with nature. I look forward to going again next year.
