The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 1 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

Our property is 2000 m2 and consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and 3 living rooms, an outdoor sitting area and an open pool, and a football field!
