Monthly Rentals in Müqtədir

This is a big beautiful place with plenty of room for several activities to happen at the same time. The internet worked great and was always reliable. Even without our own car we found it convenient to grocery stores and an ATM. Farhad is very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. This is our second time here and we will likely come back again!

The villa is located in a quiet place, 5 min walk to the sea, 10 min to the water park. The pool is great, big and clean. The host is a very nice, friendly, hospitable person helped us with all questions, treated us with local delicacies. We enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Thank you dear rashad for your American house. It feels like home everything is there like each and everything from bathroom to kitchen everything is just perfect. Lots of games card for playing, barbecue. We really had a great time, its one of the heartfelt goodbye to place after 3 days. Thanks for making our trip memorable, even rashad help us to get back to baku from qusar which get icing on the cake, I highly recommend the place, do visit the place and make your trip memorable, will come back sure. Elshan’s house is really comfortable, spacious and nice, exactly as shown on the pictures. You will find everything what you need for your stay and if anything is missing you can ask the host to provide it to you. Elshan and his mum who helps him to manage this BnB are always available and ready to help. Highly recommended for short and long stays!
